"Fine." Tate sighed dramatically. "Just make sure if I go missing, you'll tell the police where your dad buried me."

"Oh trust me, they'd never find you." Travis joked, kissing Tate sweetly.

[Piera]

Tate leaned into the kiss . "You're wicked aren't you?"

Travis grinned, "but I'm so darn cute you don't even notice."

[Piera]

"You got that right." Tate smiled and kissed Travis again. The sound of the barn doors opening cause Tate to jump back from him. "There you two are!" His father spoke.

Travis returned his kiss until he heard the door opening, making him jump back just like Tate, "hello, sir," he said, trying to act casual.

[Piera]

"You two only just now feeding the horses?" He asked in a disapproving tone. "Waiting another hour didn't kill em." Tate responded. By the look on his father's face, he wasn't happy with that answer. "If the horse's can wait, so can you. Don't even think about being at that table during dinner." He scolded. Tate shut his mouth and nodded, lowering his head so his dad didn't see the nasty look he was giving him.

"It's my fault, sir. I-I, uh, I tripped over those boxes," he pointed to the crates in the corner, "a-and they went everywhere, Tate helped me clean them up and it set us back by a bit. I'm sorry, it won't happen again." Travis lied.

(My fingers slipped and I accidentally wrote a capital L long speech from Travis' dad to Tate, and it'll be while before (if) we get to that but ho boy am I ready lol)

[Piera]

"Don't cover for me Travis, not like he'd listen anyway." Tate muttered. "You're damn right I wouldn't. Don't lie for my lazy, useless son Travis. He'll just drag you down and waste your time here. Head on inside, Tate can finish up in here on his own, got nothing else to do." His father pointed to the doors for Travis to go.

(Haha cant wait for it, probably a while longer before we'd get to Tate's visit)

"I'll stay, sir. Like I said, it's my fault the job didn't get done on time, so I'll stay and help Tate do it." Travis said stubbornly.
