Prior to, she had been minding her own business for the moment- doing some cleaning and what not around the manor, playing the part of a good household staff member. That was the case until she had heard some voices outside, that is, and dropped her activities to peer out the nearest window. Outside in the gardens she saw what appeared to be an Apothecary and his apprentice, along with the sibling of the woman Lucas had left with earlier (she vaguely remembered her name, but not entirely.) With them was also a blonde- who she easily recognised as the same blonde pureblood from last night. Lowly she growled, briefly bearing her own fangs out of pure spite before she returned to cleaning, staying within that particular room so she could watch the interactions between the human and the vampire.

His brother had informed the old Apothacary of more then just the human prince’s condition it seems, for he did not rise as he should have. In fact the old man didn’t pay Rigel any mind, not that he cared all that much if at all. Nope. The only human that the youngest Renier had any attention for was the male of the family’s pair of guests. After all, should something go south between the human lady and Lucas then having this boy would be of good use for several reasons. “What would his lordship take in his cereal? There are several options here though do try to heed the Apothacary’s words and not fill up too much. You need strength but not to be overwhelmed.”

“Is that so?”, asked Lucas. He examined the cloak which Akira indicated with a careful eye. The General reached out taking the fabric in his hands and running his fingers over the material several times to test it, judging it silently the entire time. Not so much as a stitch out of place would manage to escape his notice on his watch. Hardy thick and warm material. Well made. Beautiful. It would be of use. Lucas could find no fault with the cloak even with his eyes. After his inspection of the garment, “Then My Queen shall have it. It is a wise choice, no lady should be without a decent travelling cloak and more so after the storm we just had.” The dark haired male spoke while producing a satchel of coins from his person to give to the vendor in exchange for the cloak. Evidentially he had come very well prepared to indeed see to Akira’s desires that day.

The dark haired boy noticed the apothecary didn't pay the vampire any mind, despite the family being aristocrats or whatever. Rigel had called Lucas his brother, so either people didn't know or he was adopted by the parents or something. He hummed quietly as he felt the blonde's eyes on him, in fact, and shook his head a couple times then looked up. He looked at the stuff was there, and decided blueberries or strawberries, so he said "Blueberries or strawberries," then thought of milk too.

Akira:
It was slightly amusing to her, watching Lucas examine the garment- would a singular imperfection truly bug him that much? In all that fine embroidery, done by hand, minute errors were bound to happen. However, in the end he seemed to be satisfied with the piece and promptly bought it for her. " No person should be without one in my opinion- no matter who they may be. That storm was likely far nastier than what could be seen from within the manor."

It was...peculiar, to say the least. The apothecary, surely knowing who the vampire was, acted as if the blonde was no more than a mere staff member? Well, that made one thing clear, if there had been any doubt left from last night; the Reiners did not want the humans to know they were vampires, going incredibly far out of their way to make sure of that. " You Reiners are a weird bunch." she muttered to herself

The blonde tensed up a bit looking a little nervous when Al commented on them making memories. “I know they’re really very small and simple and painfully common-“, Aralynn said, “-but they’re with you. So, to me, they’re really special and happy. You thinking them as pleasant only makes me all the more happy too. This whole time I’ve been afraid of being boring but if you are genuinely finding this pleasant guess I am a worried fool.” Tilting her head to the side for a better angle in which to see the drifting clouds, Aralynn blinked a few times at the sky. Following where Al had indicated, “Oh I see. The tail, fins...”, she said raising a hand to outline the fish in the air.

He frowned, taking Aralynn's chin in his hand. " Never, for one moment ever think these memories are plain and common. They aren't, no even close. Nothing could compare to these." he then released her face, opting to instead hold her close. " Now, tell me- what do you see in those clouds over there?"

The dark haired male set his offerings on the stand pushing the payment towards the vendor. Afterwards Lucas picked up the garment which had caught Akira’s notice and held it up for one last inspection. Then, stepping closer to the Emberelic Princess, Lucas held the cloak up before helping to slip it on his female companion.

As he pulled her close, Aralynn let him do so and even leaned into him on her own accord. She rubbed her head against his side before turning her attention back at the sky above them and clouds that floated through it. Eyeing the particular wad of fluffy water molecules the vampire pointed out to her, “Is it.....a flower?”
