At the horses brief reaction to her presence atop his back she let put a squeak of her own startledment. To her relief the great stead swiftly calmed, and soon enough she could feel Lucas behind her.
Nonetheless she listened to his instructions, but she still tensed a bit, her heart racing, from both a slight fear from the horse's movement and her proximity to Lucas. " So, did you have any specific destination in mind?" Sge asked cheerfully.

He turned his head to look at Aria with a bewildered expression. " I...I suppose? Though I would reccomend avoiding me when the sun is down. It is my unofficial job to hunt down your kind. The young man couldn't help but chuckle a bit at how unease Akira was once the horse started moving carrying them from the stables. He had half a mischevious mind to kick Theron into at least a quick trot, but ultimately decided against it. Trust and perhaps a spark of friendship was the goal....let her get used to him so, when the time came, Akira would trust him. Even if she acted otherwise a part of her subconcious wouldn't forget the gentile Lucas. She'd cling to it. Perhaps try to get it back even when it was clear he was the bad guy.

Everything to make his inevitable job of being the heir's keeper for however long the crown decided they were usefull alive easier.

"People would talk if we ventured into town and the forest is far too early in our.......us.....", Lucas smiled hearing the quickened pace of the blonde's heartbeat. Though fearfull or excitment was unknown, he deduced excitment from her seeming eagerness earlier. "For my fair lady's comfort and to keep positive face I thought the field you were gazing at beyond the fence would suffice. It will let you spred your wings for awhile frolicking in the meadow which is the point of stealing you away like this. Objections?"

" Objections? My only objection is that we'll have to return to the castle sooner than I'd like." she spoke, glancing back at him with a carefree and innocent smile, quickly enough returning her gaze straight ahead. She had gotten used to the horse's movement, but her heartbeat hadn't changed any from what it was not to long ago. " All joking aside, I do love my sister, and the comfort the castle allows for, but....I feel trapped within its stone walls. Not that I can blame Aralynn for wanting to keep us inside....but I do wish she would allow the occasional excursion. She has to remember, before our parents passed, she was always the one they would take on their trips. Me and my brother hardly even got the chance to go into the town."
" None the less, I'm quite fine with the field beyond the fence. The town is nice, but there's still so many walls...I'd rather the field, where there's nothing but the flora, fauna, and open air, with no boundaries found. " she spoke, unaware she had leaned back a bit into his arms.

"Well then.....better hold on tight. Theron!" Lucas leaned forward and raised hia hands shortening up the reins, while standing in the stirrups. The result was making Akira securely snug between himself and the horse. Her leaning back against him surely helping to brace herself. With a stronger kick then he had previously used, Lucas sent the horse into a straight gallop through the gardens. They were headed right for the fence...

" Lucas, why do I need to-" what she was saying was cut short when the horse went faster, causing her to shut her eyes tightly. However, it only got worse when she opened one eye to find they were heading straight for the fence. " Lucas! Are you out of your mind?!" surely they wouldn't actually hit the fence? Only a fool would actually ride into a fence....and Lucas at least didn't seem like an utter fool.

Lucas smirked but didn't say anything as he had kicked the dark stallion into a full on gallop now towards the fence. The horse steadily picking up more and more speed as they quickly neared the flimsy supposed to be barrier around the palace privet grounds. Not sign of slowing or of changing course. No sign of giving such commands to do either by the man controlling him either. Instead the horse just kept running straight ahead before suddenly rearing onto his hind legs kicking his front ones and calling in defiance. Then with a single push the great animal kicked ofd launching himself and his riders soaring into the air over the fencing. Lucas allowed the momentum and gravity to work on his body, pushing him against Akira making his body curl around hers as they started their landing. The horse's front hoovea touched soft grassy geound on the other side first, followed promptly by his back end. He galloped a short ways tossing his head making noises, tail up right swishing insistently back and forth to brag about his achievement. Eventually that gallop slowed to a easy comfortable, yet high stepping, trot. The fwnced in palace grounds starting to shrink at his hindquarters.

By the time the horse had reared, she had settled for keeping her eyes tightly shut, preparing for the worst. Though, foolish as she was, had opened her eyes just as the stead decided to leap over the fence. She didn't even say anything, still as stone from both the adrenaline and the fear. When they landed, she was still silent for a few moments before breaking into laughter. She had never felt more alive and yet so terrified in all her life. Though she did send a glare back at Lucas, the look in her eyes betrayed her. " Sir Lucas dare I ask you why you decided to scare me so. Surely there were easier ways to leave the Palace grounds? Or were you just trying to impress me?" she teased.

The dark haired man couldn't help but chuckle shaking his head smiling. The broad horse now trotting through the field with his tail swishing back and forth, snorting a few times. Lucas kept the creature moving along at a comfortable pace leaning back away from Akira. Slightly anyway. Their destination was a bit of a ways away where there would be some distance between them and the palace. But Lucas had this spacific location in mind for a reason. "Oh? Did I scare the adventerous young lady? Come now, I promised you my protection so how could you be afraid?", said the Runemeth General happy he had achieved his intent at giving the blonde human a little fright. "No. I simply wished to hear you laugh, it is so bright and cheerfull. Beautiful. You should laugh more often." A breif pause before adding, "I shall let you down soon."
