Owen looked at Carly and nodded his head a bit before signing,'You sure you don't want us around?' He asked her

Joe hugged Karis, resting his head on his shoulder,"He's so weak. All the monitors and tubes in him...... it was kind of scary...." He whispered to her.

Giggit quickly jumped out of the tub and suddenly shook her soaking fur, spraying everything as he was about to put the towel around her.

Marcella frowned,"They're ruining my life. They're mishearing everything I say, and Dad basically destroyed my relationship with Troy." She said before quickly adding,"Please don't tell them I'm here." She said.

Violet smiled softly as she watched him doze off asleep,"Yeah. Maybe." She whispered happily.

Carly looked at Owen and then bit her lip for a moment. 'I mean its whatever you and Mom want to do. We would love the help, but Karis is already staying. So if one of you wanted to ho and the other wanted to stay?'

Karis nodded her head and rubbed his back. "Well, all of that is keeping him alive until he can get his strength back. Without them, he'd be gone." She whispered to him and sighed. "And let me tell your from experience. It sucks knowing your child is gone and you just cant help but wonder what their life would have been like."

Troy frowned a bit and looked at her. "No Giggit!" He said and then shook his head. "You got everything wet." He said and then started to dry Giggit.

Gail sighed a bit. "Well you know if they ask me I have to tell them or they may get the cops involved." She then went to bring the tea over. "Try talking to me about what you have been trying to tell them."

Owen nodded a little,'Alright. Your mother and I will talk and figure out what we want to do, and then let you know.' He signed.

Joe sniffed a bit, but nodded his head,"I know....." He said softly as he stayed still.

Giggit lowered her ears a bit as she looked at him before she started to lick his arm a little.

"Fine, you can tell them if they ask, but tell them not to bother coming to get me." Marcella frowned before giving a silent sigh and sniff,"Alright. You know that I like Troy, right? Like, really like him. Well, a couple days ago, Titus stole my phone and then texted Troy that I liked him. I got upset about that because I didn't feel ready yet to tell him how I felt. I tried explaining to Titus why I didn't want to say anything yet. I said, and I quote,'What if what I feel now isn't true, and what if when I realize it isn't true, how can I possibly tell him that I don't love him now that he thinks that I love him'." She told her before holding a teacup in her hands and looking at the drink,"I like Troy, a lot, but what I was trying to explain to Titus is that what if the love I feel for him now is just adrenaline, and if that adrenaline disappears in a couple months, and I realized I didn't really love Troy, how could I possibly tell him that I don't love him anymore. I wanted to be sure that the love I feel now really is true before I told Troy." She said,"Titus thought that I didn't like Troy and was just leading him on, and he must of told my parents, because Dad said that when we were at the Ray's, Troy heard him, and now my best friend thinks I lied to him about my feelings."

Carly nodded her head and then looked over at Joe. "Joe, we need to get looking for a good hotel." She told him softly and then walked over to him.

Wendy looked at Owen and signed. 'So what are we going to do? The house can't be left for weeks.' She signed to him slowly.

Troy sighed a bit and dyed her before he went to take her down before heading to see his grandma. He really needed a hug from her. He went to go in the guest room. "Grandma?"

Haden sighed a bit and looked at Brooke. "I didn't mean for him to hear that. Honest, but he needed to know."

Gail nodded her head and hugged her. "I think you need to go back to Troy's and tell him what you just told me." She whispered and then lifted her chin up. "I saw the sparkle in your eyes when you said his name. I can tell that you really like him, but did Titus say that you 'loved' him?"

Joe looked at Carly before nodding a bit,"Yeah. You're right. We should get going." He said.

Owen nodded a little,''We could text Simon to look after the house.' He signed.

Beth looked up from some reading on the bed and looked at Troy,"Hey kiddo. What's up?" She asked.

Brooke sighed softly,"Not exactly the best way him to have found out." She said.

Marcella quickly checked her phone,"He had said liked." She said before resting her head against her again,"I had a chance to tell him earlier, but I couldn't. I froze." She said softly.

Carly nodded her head and got up before she started to walk out to Joe's truck before she started to get a headache. Karis was going with them and frowned a bit.

Wendy shook her head. 'He has college. I guess I could just go stay at home by myself.' She signed to him and gave a sympathetic look.

Troy sniffled a bit and came in before looking away. "Have you ever had your heart broken before?" He asked her slowly.

Haden nodded his head. "Yeah, but she was lying to him. I've taught my kids to tell the truth."

Gail nodded her head. "Would it make it better if I came and then you told him?"

Joe gently took Carly's hand before he looked at Karis and noticed the frown,"Something wrong?" He asked softly.

Owen sighed softly,'I'll go.' He signed.

Beth frowned a little as she moved closer to the middle of bed to make room for him,"A long time ago. What happened?" She asked softly.

Brooke frowned a bit,"And I appreciate that you guys do well to teach them to tell the truth, but if they made a mistake in a lie, they need to take responsibility." She said.

Marcella frowned a bit before burying her face,"I-I just want to stay here for the night..... I can't go back and face him now...... I just can't." She whispered.

Karis looked at Joe and then nodded her head. "Yes.... I think that maybe you and Carly shouldn't stay in a hotel. You guys need to go home. An ambulance can give Zander a ride home and get him in a bed."

Wendy looked and st him and shook her head. 'NO. I guess the house will be fine until we can get back. I'll just deep clean.' She signed to him and then sighed.

Troy sat on the bed and sighed. "I like Marcella and she led me on and I overheard her dad, Mr. Muckgummery, say that she was lying to me." He then sat on the bed and hugged her. "It really hurt me to know that."

Haden nodded his head. "Well she broke his heart, that should be punishment enough for her. I guess we will just get out of your hair." He said to her slowly and called for Marcella.

Gail sighed and nodded her head slowly. "Very well then. Let's get you in a bed so that way you can sleep. Have you eaten yet?"

Joe frowned a bit and let Carly get in the truck before he looked at Karis,"Zander is too weak to be moved home. He needs to be monitored for months. Our house is 3 hours away." He said,"What if on our way home, something starts happening to Zander, and we can't get back jn time?" He asked.

Owen nodded slowly,'What about our neighbor?' He asked.

Beth frowned before hugging him,"I'm so sorry. That must be hard. You're so young to go through this." She said softly.

Brooke sighed softly,"Alright." She said before petting Giggit, only not to hear any footsteps of Haden's daughter.

Marcella slightly nodded,"Okay...... I-I didn't eat, but I'm not hungry." She said softly.

Karis sighed a bit. "I know, but I will say that He would be more comfortable at home and there would be a hospital right down the rode." She told him softly. Carly sighed a bit and shook her head. "No, I want us to stay here."

Wendy nodded her head. 'I'll text her and see if she can just take care of the house while we are here.' She signed and then began to text hwr.

Troy nodded his head and then beagn to hug her before he started to cry. "T-This is the w-worst day e-ever....."

Haden frowned and started to look for Marcella. "She may be in the car. I'll see you another time." He said and then patted his leg. "Come on Giggit!" He called for her.
