1x1 with Larson and Zoe (V.2)

Rick frowned as she kept crying before he gently rocked her in his arms before nodding a little,"Alright. I'll put the outside light on for you." He said softly. Joe frowned when she put on the speaker phone and he heard Isabel crying.

Doctor Fern nodded her head,"Yes, that would be a good idea. It's very late and you look like you could use the rest." She said.

Brooke sighed softly to herself before quietly walking inside the house. She didn't want to, but she couldn't let her boss her around in that way either.

Isabel kept crying and then sniffled a bit. She then started to cough a bit. "I want ice cream...." She said and then started to rub her eyes. Karis nodded her head a bit. "Okay, love you sweetheart. Don't tell Isabel who is coming." It was about ten minutes later and they were home and walking in the door.

Carly nodded and walked to Zander and gave him a kiss of the forehead before walking over to the couch and laying on it and falling asleep.

Liana sighed a bit and came back down. "Mom, where is Troy and Dad at?" She asked. Basically wanting to tell on her mom.

Rick nodded his head a little,"Okay." He said before hung up before he got Isabel a little bowl of ice cream, enough that it should numb the pain in her throat, but not enough to make her hyper.

Joe got out of the truck and followed Karis inside the house before he quickly got off his shoes and coat before walking in and looking over to Rick and his daughter,"Hey Issy." He said softly.

Brooke was sitting at the table, looking at a tigger chew toy before she looked up and at Liana,"They went on a hunting trip. Logan insisted he take Troy out, so it was a last minute thing." She said softly,"Is Musa in bed?" She asked, seeing her daughter wasn't anywhere downstairs.

Isabel was just sitting in Rick's lap, eating ice cream when her Father came in. Her throat had finally numbed so she just sniffled a bit and held out her arms, wanting to go to him.

Karis yawned and walked over to Rick. "Hey sweetheart.... I'm sorry I left you with the kids by yourself..." She said to him and then went to kiss him.

Liana nodded her head. "Yes, she is." She said and then looked down. "Mom... I'm really sorry for what I said, I've just had a really bad day."

Joe smiled a little as he walked over before he picked her up and held her close,"Ready to go bed, sweetie?" He asked her softly.

Rick smiled as they kissed,"It's alright. Once Reagan got home, she watched Isabel so I got a bit of a break." He said softly.

Brooke sighed softly before nodding a little,"It's okay..... it's been a bad day for all of us....." She said softly as she looked down at the chew toy in her hands again.

Isabel laid her head on his shoulder and nodded her head before she closed her eyes. "Where is Mommy and Zander?" She asked, missing Them the most.

Karis nodded her head and smiled. "Well I'm ready to head off to bed if you are?" She asked him and then went to help him off of the couch.

Liana nodded her head. "I know how you feel. I lost it when Copper died..." She said and sat down, hugging Brooke.

Joe gently rubbed her back as he carried upstairs to the guest bedroom,"They're at the hospital, sweetie. We'll go see them in the morning." He told her softly before laying her in the bed before getting in himself.

Rick nodded his head with a tawn as he got up,"Yeah, let's go." He said before walking with her up the stairs.

Brooke hugged Liana before sighing softly after a moment of silence,"We should probably get to bed....." She whispered.

The next morning Isabel was the first one to wake up. She looked over and saw Joe so she cuddled up to him. "Daddy.... I want to go see Mommy and Zander...."

Carly had woken up to go get some breakfast. She knew they had a ton of breakfast options for her to choose from. She bit her lip and then smiled a bit, deciding to make Zander a plate to put in the microwave when he woke up.

Karis had gotten up to make sure that Reagan was up for school. She opened the door and sighed to see her still in bed. "Reagan! Get up!"

Liana got up and yawned before going over to Musa. "Hey, we have to start getting ready for school."

Joe shifted a little as he was woken up by his daughter's voice,"Mmm, after breakfast honey......" He whispered to her.

Zander slowly woke up when Carly was gone before he slowly looked around.

Reagan grumbled a little,"But bed is so cozy!" She whined.

Musa looked up from where she was sitting on her bed before nodding slowly,"Alright." She said softly before reaching to grab her crutches.

Isabel frowned a bit and looked at him. "But Daddy...." She said and then rubbed her eyes. "I want to go see Mommy and Zander." She told him and then pouted a bit.

Carly came back with two plates. "Hey sweetheart. Are you hungry?" She asked him softly and then brought over the plate.

Karis sighed and walked over to the bed and started to pull her out. "I have to do this with you every morning! Get up."

Liana handed the crutches to her. "I'm driving us today so don't rush to get ready." She told her and went to go take a shower.
