the interrogator gave a look of hopeful determination. “sounds like a plan.” she concurred with murai’s suggestion, although her content expression did not last. she glanced at cina with a frown, raising an eyebrow. “not that i’m intending to deny your value cina, but i doubt you’ll get a signal on your phone out here. if the person responsible took the time to orchestrate all of this, it’s highly unlikely they would forget to take your device away if they knew there was a chance to get in touch with the outside world.” she argued. tsubaki narrowed her eyes in suspicion in response to the shorter girl as she protested laito accompanying her group. such words were questionable to her intentions, was cina trust worthy? highly unlikely. “i advise you learn to be more respectful of your team, we’re all in this together.” she retorted in a stern tone, in defense of the swordsman.

laito did not give any indication of offense for being rejected from cina and bo’s group, to be frank, he was relieved the heiress didn’t want him around since he himself found her presence to be severely unpleasant. not that he would ever admit that to her face, that would be quite ungentlemanly.. before the interrogator could fully intervene with her angered words towards cina, laito interjected. “-well, i certainly would hate to impede on lady cina’s plans of escape.” he turned to the mechanic and interrogator. “if you wouldn’t mind letting me accompany you, i assure you it’s no problem.”

the profiler glanced over at the departed group, no doubt they were discussing their escape plans, he wondered what they intended to do, all things considered it wouldn’t be easy, honestly he didn’t see the point. after a second he realized that kai had directed her question to him. he let out a light chuckle, giving a small shrug “i’ve got nothing to hide, gimme a truth.” he requested.

ginko beamed at the hostess’s response, pleased. “that’s wonderful to hear, suki. certainly nothing to be ashamed of.” the illusionist had a newfound respect for suki. her honesty would certainly bode well for her, especially if someone was to kill another, she would remain reliable and trusted. ginko hoped she too could maintain a facade of honesty and kindness, just in case things turned for the worst. “you’re up.”

Murai looked over at Laito with a continuing stoic face. He left Cina's tantrum for Tsubaki to deal with, knowing the woman was more capable of dealing with Cina and having a wee bit more patience. "Tsubaki and I would appreciate having you along with our quest." He spoke to the other man. "If Cina's poor ediquete causes the demise of herself and Bo, that is her problem." He spoke bluntly and monotonely. He stood up and looked at Laito and Tsubaki. "Shall we go?" He spoke.

Cina Yasia

Cina crossed her arms and narrowed her eyes at Tsubaki. How could that girl be so rude to her? She should be focusing less on trying to seem like the leader of the team and more on her out-dated look. She rolled her eyes. "I've got the best coverage for my phone in the galaxy, daddy promises." She pouted. "I am sure if I get high enough, I can get some signal." She stood up now. "I am going to be heading up to the highest point in this stupid, stinky area. Come with me if you are smart!" She snapped at them all, turning and leaving, Bo trailing behind her silently.

Kai thought a moment when Itsuki decided to choose the truth option. She hadn't expected that at all. She had plenty of dares lined up for the other being but no truths quite yet. Eventually she had a good one in mind. "Itsukiiiii..." She sung. "Yooour truuuth issss... Hooow did yoooou discover youuuuur tallllent!" She sung with a giggle, eyes twinkling as she waited for him to give his answer to the question.

Suki giggled and grinned happily as Ginko seemed to react well to giving out one of her biggest secrets. That boded well for a future friendship. It seemed like this lady was trustworthy and Suki liked trustworthy people. She nodded and looked around at the other people at the table, trying to decide on who to ask that hasn't been asked yet. "Hmm, Suki has decided to ask Mikito!" She spoke as she turned her attention to the ultimate doll maker. He seemed so cute and small. "Truth or Dare?" She asked him with a friendly smile.

tsubaki watched as the heiress left, and trailing behind her like a dog, the ultimate boxer followed. the interrogator crossed her arms and huffed loudly in annoyance. “yeah- good luck with that....” she growled in a sarcastic tone of voice, rolling her eyes at cina’s pouty explanation. in response to murai, tsubaki stood up eagerly, laito in tow. “yes, the sooner the better.” she said with an exasperated sigh, running a hand through her black hair. giving the original group one last glance, tsubaki began to exit the mess hall.

”my talent?” itsuki tapped a pale pointer finger to his chin, gazing up at the ceiling as he thought over what he was going to say “apart from my love for human behavior, i’ve always been pretty good at predicting stuff and coming up with accurate conclusions simply by observing things.” he started, meeting kai’s gaze with a gentle smile. “that being said, originally, i never really thought of it to be of much benefit, until i found out about profiling, which peeked my interest.” the profiler continued “i began to research crime scenes reported on the news for fun, and in the process started creating psychological profiles on potential criminals, one’s in which proved to be incredibly accurate to the criminal inevitably caught. and this was simply based off the analysis of pictures and evidence of a crime scene alone. ” itsuki explained. “after that moment it just became a passion of mine- i guess. not only had i found something of great interest, but also a talent that could help people” he finished with a sheepish grin.

mikito stared the ultimate hostess down for a moment, although on the smaller, unimposing side in terms of appearance, his stare remained unrelenting. clearly irritated, he didn’t appreciate being singled out when he was trying his best not to let himself be noticed, but after a long pause he decided to obligate with her question nonetheless. “truth.” he replied with a voice devoid of emotion. “i certainly don’t wish to make a fool of myself by picking dare, therefore truth is a suitable substitute.” he added, glancing over at kai with disgust as she sung out her words.

Murai found the way that the ultimate boxer trailed behind Cina a bit suspecious but he kept his findings to himself for now. He didn't quite know if he could trust these people quite yet and decided to still keep his walls up for now and be cautious. If someone else chose to comment on their odd behaviour, so be it, but for now he would remain quiet. He glanced at the original group as well before looking ahead as they exited the dining hall. "Where should we look first?" He spoke as he glanced over at Tsubaki. He had elected her the leader...for now. His voice was still monotone as he spoke but that was just natural for him.

Jae was intrigued as he watched this game of truth and dare be played out between them all. He was also quite surprised that nobody had tried to ask him a question of truth or dare but it seems like that would happen in time. His eyes briefly looked over as he noticed a few of the ultimates they knew very little about, leaving the dining hall. He was sure that nothing good was to come of that all. It's something he would totally need to look into later. He glanced at Itsuki and flashed him a smile, giving a happy little hum. After Itsuki's whole spheal was done, Jae looked at him happily. . "Wow! That's very interesting and I am glad that your talent ended up being not only something you are good at but also something you enjoy. Plus, being able to help people is also another perk to a talent such as yours." He spoke contently as he looked at the other male. . "It also seems like it's your turn to ask someone." He winked.

Suki hummed and nodded as Mikito decided to pick a truth. It was a good idea as Suki had no clue what dare she would even give the smaller and younger man and she wouldn't want to embarress him. A truth seemed like something easier to make up for her. Finally the truth came to her and she looked at him. . "Suki wishes to ask Mikito, What is yours and your bears' favourite sweet?" She asked him. He head tilted sweetly as she gestured to the doll in his arm. She hoped that her directing the question to the both of them would help him relax and open up a little bit.

The quiet girl was becoming quite anxious at just sitting there with the rest of the group and she began to ponder if she sat there any longer if she'd be forced into answering another question and she did not want to deal with that. She gave a glance towards Aiko and Hoshiko, two girls who seemed quiet, and spoke softly to them. "I am going to go and see if I can find any food for the group, would you two like to come with me? If we three left, that'd still leave enough people to still play the game properly?" She assured them all as she looked at them. With them leaving the table, that'd leave the louder and more boisterous personalities to have their fun without having to worry about upsetting the quieter ones.

she tapped a finger to her chin “we could start by circling the border, get a better feel for our environment.” she suggested. red eyes focused ahead of her. “from what i could gather, the whole place is surrounded by a wall, preventing our escape.” tsubaki’s eyes narrowed, observing the tree-line ahead as their leafs rustled in the gentle wind. she was grateful to have been wearing her black trench-coat as she exited the dining hall, feeling a cool breeze brush passed her, she tugged at her sleeves. “but maybe we could look for a potential means of an exit. if not that than at least learn our way around the place.”

itsuki smiled coyly at jae. “yuup, it’s certainly nice things worked out that way.” he agreed. admittedly, it would probably be a good reason to kill him as well, all things considered his talent would be a bit of a threat to anyone plotting to murder. he would make a mental note not to get too cozy with his fellow classmates. at the sweetsmaker’s mention of it being his turn, itsuki raised an eyebrow. “alright then jae.” he shifted his attention to the taller male, resting his head in his hands. he leaned in with a mischievous grin. “what will it be, truth or dare?”

“that’s a hard one, we like a lot of things.” miktio mused, warming up to the question, maybe this wouldn’t be so bad? it wasn’t often that someone addressed both him and his bear, he appreciated the consideration of this girl. the doll maker glanced down at his companion as if to consider what to say and then back up at the hostess. “-but if we had to pick, our favorite sweet is probably konpeito.” a shy smile formed on his face, voice kinder. “i’m a sucker for anything sugary.” he beamed at suki. seeing as it was now his turn, he eyed the remaining group, looking for someone to ask. his eyes raised to ryu. the one who didn’t remember his talent, he observed the mysterious student for a moment before going ahead with his decision . “ryu, truth or dare?” he asked.

akio raised her head, glancing at the ultimate tutor with a smile, as always. at her question, the pacifist nodded in unison with hoshiko, who quietly agreed along with her. “great idea nika! i’m sure everyone’s getting pretty hungry.” she replied in a voice soft enough not to disturb the others from their game. “i know i am, i’ll totally come!” aiko beamed, hoping for the opportunity to make some friends out of the two girls. sitting up, she along with the meeker, quieter hoshiko. glanced twords nika to lead the way.

Murai watched Tsubaki as the cogs turned in her head to allow her to formulate the perfect plan. He nodded when she spoke about circling the border to get a better feel for their enviroment. He nodded as they looked around the place as they walked along. He was a man of very few words so he chose to take this time to remain quiet and just to observe. As they walked along the wall, he ran his hand along it, feeling for any sort of cracks of inperfections they could take advantage of to use for their escape. He sighed softly as it seemed relatively solid.

Jae hummed as it seemed like Itsuki had placed the largest red target upon his back at the fact of admitting how useful his talent was in this game. It would be very much useful for anyone wishing to be a "blackened" and escape from the game for them to eliminate Itsuki so he could not stand in their way and foil their dasterdly plan. He chuckled at the thought before realizing he had been invited into the game with the simple question. "Well, Itsuki, I choose dare!" He purred with a grin. "Those who choose truth are either scaredy cats or very booooring people." He spoke. He then waited eagerly for his truth or dare.

Suki looked at Mikito and smiled when he seemed excited that she acknowledged the bear sitting in his lap. Of course she would acknowledge him, he was sitting at the table with Mikito after all. Hearing that he liked sugar, she dug in her apron and hummed as she pulled out a few lollipops. She offered one to him with a smile.
Ryu Nakido

Ryu had been quietly, and contently, observing the game going on. He had not been expected to be pulled into the game and was honestly hoping that he had been forgotten. He had been silently making notes of the behaviours and answers he had been observing from the people and deciding whether or not they would be an immediate threat to him in this supposed game that was presented to them by the "headmaster" of the island. The game was quite interesting and the date he had been able to collect was already useful. He rose an eyebrow when Mikito turned the attention on him. "Oh, I'll take a truth." He spoke. Hopefully it was one he'd be able to answer with his limited memory.

Nika Anoko

Nika was glad the two ladies she had reached out to were in agreeance with her. She noticed Aiko seemed more vocal than Hoshiko but that was quite alright. She released another nod before turning, leading the way to where she had last spotted a kitchen or garden area. They could harvest fruit and vegetables if they couldn't find any snack food or food already prepared.
