"I have no clue sweetheart.. but come on. We're walking from here." Blu replied, climbing out of the car and walking around to open Alessa's car door.

[Boomer]

Alessa looked to Scarlett and sighed softly. She got out of the car by herself, then brushed off the dress. Alessa looked around for a few moments, realizing that her picture was everywhere. It made her feel a little odd. "This is so strange..." she whispered to Scarlett.

Jax looked very preoccupied, and that was because he was watching Blu closely. Every time she would look in the direction of one of Alessa's pictures he would talk to her or distract her, not quite wanting to use his power to shift her attention yet. Blu turned to Alessa and once more offered her her paw.

[Boomer]

Alessa took Blu's paw and walked with her. She kept her head up as she looked around the various shops. She also kept a tight grip on Scarlett, should Jax try anything. She was tempted to lure Blu over to a newspaper stand.

Blu was in a light conversation with Jax about the weather, a little thing that blu was quite enjoying to talk about and Jax was quite obviously bored. He led them into a large clothes shop for Alessa to look for clothes in.

[Boomer]

Alessa walked into the store with the adults. She looked around for a few moments, a little overwhelmed. Still, she tried to not get too worked up. She played with Scarlett's stringy fur to help calm her.

"I'm just going to sit over here and wait for you to pick out some clothes to try on." Jax yawned, turning and sitting in the area for shoes. Blu nodded and lead Alessa to the children's clothes, a little bit of a bounce in her step.

[Boomer]

Alessa looked behind her for a moment, then looked to Blu. "When we go outside, I want to buy a newspaper." she whispered. Alessa hoped that this would make Blu curious enough to look at the stands. As they got to the dresses, Alessa mindlessly picked a bunch in her size. "They'll fit." she said, "Can we leave?"

Blu tilted her head slightly at the newspaper comment. "Oh?" When she picked up the dressed, she frowned a little. "Are you sure sweetheart? Some of those don't really fit what you said you liked.." she pointed out.

[Boomer]

"It's fine, there's plenty here that will work." she said quietly, dipping her head. Alessa wanted to tell Blu about what happened so badly. She hoped that perhaps she would help her get back home.
