Usbeorn huffs greatly but settles down, looking at the cracked and leaking glass in his hand before sighing and scrubbing a hand over his face before mumbling an apology.

August just slides another glass his way, full again. "You'd be surprised the amount of times that stuff happens." He said, shrugging nonchalantly.

Usbeorn huffs gently but takes the cup and takes a couple heavy swigs from the drink.

August watched before rolling his eyes and moving away, wiping down some counters now.

"What even is this area anyways huh? He doesn't usually let me stray out this far." He mumbled, quite curious at the moment.

August paused for a moment before shrugging. "Well, this is a small town. So what would you expect in a town? Bars, shops, homes, people." He said.

[Agent Maine(Meta)]

"Still." Usbeorn answered with the smallest of huffs as his wings twitched a bit, the warmth from the alcohol beginning to get him to relax a bit more and thus causing the feathered limbs to start relaxing and becoming limp.

August rolled his eyes. "Yeah, well, ya might wanna keep your head down. People really don't like Hyperion round these parts." He replied.

[Agent Maine(Meta)]

"They can do what they want, i don't rightfully care really. I mean, come on, i'm half bird that can never die, quite literally!" He answered with a small huff, downing the rest of his drink as Omega looked at Usbeorn with a small huff. Usbeorn's totally buzzed. dragging him back to the lab was going to be fun.

"If you say so." August said, moving on.
