Alessa looked to Max and took his paw, feeling a bit better. She then looked to Jessica. "You promise?" she mumbled. Alessa hoped that Jessica wasn't lying to her. The girl then turned her attention to Maksim.

Max smiled a bit as he let her take his paw, tail flicking a few times.
Jessica nodded at her once more. “Yes, I promise.” she said, ears twitching. Her tail curled a moment, then flicked.

Maksim glanced to them all. “Tomas won’t come out of his room...” he sighed.

Ryna kissed Roman gently on the head.


Avalon decided to go back to the hotel.

Alessa slowly blinked as she stared at Maksim. She didn't even know what to say to him. "Does Mary know...?" she asked, turning her attention to Max, "I want her... to know I'm okay."

Max shrugged as he looked at her. “I...don’t know. I guess someone could call her, but...” he trailed off.
Jessica asked “Do you know her cell phone number? Or the home phone number?”

Ryna kissed Roman gently on the head.


Avalon decided to go back to the hotel.

"Uh huh..." she mumbled. Although Alessa was slightly slurring her words, she gave Jessica the correct number. She hoped Jessica would tell Mary what hospital she was in.

Jessica hummed as she waited. When Alessa told her the number, she nodded and stepped into the hall. She dialed the number, hoping the call would be picked up...
Max stayed with Alessa.

Alessa watched Jessica go out into the hallway with her phone. She was a bit nervous, hoping Mary would pick up. She had a feeling that she would.

Mary groaned a little as her phone went off. It was still dark out, but she answered her phone. "Hello...?" she mumbled, struggling to wake up.

Max glanced to Maksim a moment...Shaking his head, he looked to Alessa again. He hummed a moment, tilting his head. His tail flicked gently a few times.

Jessica hummed a moment as she waited. When the woman on the other end answered, she sighed in relief. “Your daughter is in the hospital, but she’s fine.” she started with.

Alessa kept her gaze at the door. Eventually she began to fall back asleep, as the medicine wasn't quite out of her system yet.

Mary sat up rather quickly, quite concerned about Alessa. "What happened?" she asked, "Where is she? Do they need her blood type or anything like that?"

Max hummed quietly to Alessa, though wasn’t sure she cared. He hoped she didn’t mind...Shrugging, he continued to hum.

Jessica yawned once, shaking her head. She hummed quietly a moment, then nodded. “She’s fine, they just had to take out her appendix. It’s weird though...I think she and her...half brother? They got it at the exact same time. Oh, um...I’m Jessica. My boy Max snuck into their palace...he met Alessa, then awhile later brought her to our hotel rooms.” she said.

Ryna watched as Roman fell back asleep.
