"Now that isn't true." he said softly, "Lots of people will still like you Julia, like Tess, Luke, and I for example."

Julia looked at him still not sure. “But I don’t want to be a wolf...” she said quietly wiping a tear from her cheek.

"Oh Julia..." he said, he hugged her tightly, "I am so sorry." he said softly.

Julia hugged him. She was just like him now. She was scared and worried but there was nothing she could do.

Jaxon rubbed her back, he knew this was alone for someone so young to process, especially since she had just learned, but he was there for her.

“I wanna go back to bed.” She said quietly. She stood up. “Thanks.” She said and headed back up to Tess’s room. Luke sighed.

Jaxon sighed softly as he watched her go, "Poor girl." he said softly, he looked at Luke, "I hope Charlotte doesn't react terribly to this.." he said. Julia was just a kid, and it wasn't her fault that she was a wolf, he felt bad for Charlotte, that Julia's father never told her, but that wasn't reason enough to disown her own child. "If Charlotte doesn't take it well, can we take her in?" he asked softly as he looked at Luke, he didn't want anyone feeling abandoned like he had.

Luke looked at him and smiled a little. “Of course we will take her in. It would be hard for her to find another family and she is so young. I wouldn’t want her to go through that. We will take care of her.” He said and kissed his cheek. He gently took his hand and headed upstairs. “You were great with her tonight.” He said to him.

Jaxon nodded as he hugged him, "It broke my heart when she asked me not to tell her mother." he said softly, "She's so scared, and I hate that she is, that her view on wolves is so bleak.." he murmured. He headed back upstairs after him, squeezing his hand, "Thank you, but I should clean the vase up." he said, remembering the sound that had woken them, "I don't want either of them getting hurt if they wake up early."
