“It was loud and no one would play with me...” she said. She yawned tiredly. Luke smiled a little at her. “Well, you will be able to play with Daisy.” He said to her. She smiled. He walked into the house and the little girl looked around.

He nodded as he looked at her and smiled, he headed in as well and called Daisty with a smile, he set down Tess so she could meat the dog.

Daisy ran in and slowed when she saw a little kid. She walked over slowly and smelled her. Tess laughed and gently petted her. Tess laughed happily. Daisy seemed happy too. Luke smiled and hugged his boyfriend so glad things seemed okay.

Jaxon watched and smiled softly, "At least they seem happy." he said softly as he relaxed and held Luke, he rested his head on Luke's shoulder.

“Yeah. I am glad everything seems to be going well.” He said and held him happily. He kissed his cheek. Daisy ran off and got a toy. She came back and dropped it in front of Tess. The two played happily.

He smiled as he watched them and nodded, he sighed softly, "What's next?" he asked, letting go, knowing he had to make them all dinner, he wondered if they sould take tomorrow off.

Luke let go of him. “I will go get her room ready.” He said. Tess played with the dog. She had some clothes and toys but not many. They did not let her keep much from her old home. She was happy with the dog though. Luke kissed his cheek and then got the guest room ready for her.

Jaxon began to cook them some spaghetti, his favourite meal from when he was a pup, he hummed as he made it, this was bringing back memories, they were good, but tinged with sadness.

Luke got the girls room ready for her. He came downstairs to help his boyfriend. He kissed his cheek before helping him cook. “Thank you for this.” He said to him. “You really are an amazing boyfriend.” He said.
