Abril smiled, watching him leave. She glanced over at Abril, her smile fading. "I don't know. Maybe he blamed this on the prince."

"Why on earth would Prince Paval do this. Im willing o bet it was just Prince Matteo. it seems like the thing a little kid would do." She sighed. "Goodnight Abril." She turned and went back to her room tiredly.

Neither prince was at breakfast when morning at last came. Most of the girls didn't think of it, assuming he had just slept in since everyone was up int he middle of the night. Romeo entered and glanced at the king and queen who were talking quietly as they ate but continued over to where Elliott and Abril sat. "Good morning ladies. How is breakfast?" He asked but his smile wasn't quite as charming as usual.

"I'm certain Prince Pavel didn't do this. But I think the king is putting the blame on him." Abril said goodnight and returned to her room.

Elliott and Abril were both worried about the princes when they didn't showup for breakfast. "Good," Abril said, giving him a faintly smile to pretend everything was fine. Elliott nodded a bit, her gaze flicking up to Romeo when he spoke before dropping back to the table.

Victory watched Romeo nervously. "You look like you have some bad news."

Romeo sighed. "yes, I am afraid I do." he looked back at ABril and Elliott. "The prince has asked me to inform you that your dates with him today will need to be rescheduled. he is feeling under the weather but will have you informed as soon as he is back on his feet as to when your dates will be"

Elliott nodded in understanding, but this made her worry even more about the prince. Her first thought was that the king had hurt him.
"Is he alright?" Abril asked, concerned. She was fine with postponing her date. She was worried about him. "I'm guessing he'd rather not have visitors?" She glanced at the other girls. "No, then all of them would complain," she sighed. She wanted to make sure he was alright.

"He is alright. He just gets sick from time to time and would rather not pass it along to anyone else." romeo said casually but Victory raised an eyebrow in suspicion. Romeo smiled at the girls, painfully aware that all of the girls were now listening. "Prince pavel is ok. He is just very tired and caught a slight touch of the flu. He will be present at the report so you don't need to worry but then I will be ushering him back to bed before he can spread the illness to any of you beautiful ladies. Don't you worry your pretty little minds about him."

Abril frowned at him, but didn't push it. She would have to get answers from someone else.
Elliott was thinking same thing. Was he actually ill? She doubted it. Was he having a panic attack? Or was it something else? She really wanted to see him, but she knew she couldn't sneak her way to his room. That would just be ridiculous and impossible.

Romeo bowed to the women before walking off, most likely to return to Pavel.

The other girls all resumed eating but Victory leaned forward and whispered to Abril and Elliott. "I know those looks. You guys are plotting and I want in."

"We need to find a way to the prince's room," Abril whispered. "I'm worried about him. I have no doubt that Romeo is lying to us." Elliott stayed quiet, distracted with her thoughts.

"Well of course he is lying. He cant exactly tell us what the real issue is or else all of us will be in a panic and trying to break into his room which, just in case you forgot, we are forbidden from going to. We cant even go on that floor or risk punishment." She bit her lip as she tried to think. "But it is the prince who sets the rules. Perhaps if we bring him something saying we wanted to cheer him up before the show tonight he might turn a blind eye to our behavior." She shook her head. 'I don't know. Whatever plan we make can't involve running because my foot is covered in stitches from last night."
