Solace smiled faintly as she saw him making a cake. "Your Highness," she greeted him, curtsying. "That looks lovely. No, Romeo sent me to get you. All of the ladies have woken up with an animal of sorts in their rooms. He looks a bit overwhelmed with all of them complaining. I think he could use your help."

Elliot smiled, looking down at her mouse. "I will. He'll stay in my room. I think I'll keep him."

"Thank you, sir." Abril led him to her room. "He's in the bed," she said, entering the room to point at the bulbous toad that croaked at them.

Pavel sat down the pink frosting, looking at her stunned. "You have got to be joking." He groaned and tossed the cloth he had draped over one of his legs onto the table and got up. "Well it is best not to keep Romeo waiting." He said before following her back upstairs, still unaware of the pink smear on his nose. "Thank you Miss Solace." He muttered, resting a gently hand on her back as they walked out of reflex. As soon as he entered the hallway most of the girls had enough sense to fall silent and stop complaining so loudly, but a couple of girls practically threw themselves against him, sobbing out about how terrified they were and how they would never sleep again. Pavel looked at all of the girls in the hallway stunned before looking back at Solace. "you know, I think it might be best if you take a few of the maids down to make some tea for everyone so you can have a quick break from the ladies." Earning him a few stunned looks as he practically ignored the sobbing girls.

Victory giggled happily and noticed the hole in her dress. "Just be careful of his teeth. I wont be doing the same with the snake. He can leave as soon as he pleases." She looked over at the prince when he entered the hall, feeling a blush settle on her cheeks as she saw his more casual appearance even though he was still in dress pants and a dress shirt. "I want to bite that pony tail." She teased and gave Elliott a wink, not ashamed of checking out the prince.

Romeo laughed a bit as he saw it and picked it up. "This would be funny if it wasn't such a headache." He said as he gently put the toad in the bucket. "Are you alright Lady Abril?" He asked her as he went back into the hall to find more toads.

Solace was surprised to be touched, but didn't mind it. She walked with him to the hallway, carefully wiping the frosting from his nose. "Good idea," she said, taking a step away from him as some of the girls flung themselves at him. "Thank you, your Highness. Good luck with this." She smiled faintly and went back to the kitchen with a few of the maids.

Elliott blushed as well as she noticed the Prince's attire. She was glad she hadn't freaked out like the other ladies. Maybe that would earn her some points with him.

Abril smiled faintly in amusement. She nodded, following him back out into the hall. "I'm fine. Much better now that that hideous toad is gone. Thank you, Romeo."

Pavel quickly got overwhelmed by all of the complaining and bickering amongst the girls as they accused eachother of the prank. "If you do not feel comfortable returning to your beds please go down to the women's room until breakfast while we handle this!" He said loudly over the girls, silencing them and sending most of them scurrying downstairs, not enjoying his annoyed look. Pavel ighed and once the hall was silent he went over to Romeo. "Did he flee the crime scene?"

Romeo nodded as he handed the bucket off to a guard who was helping with the removal of the mice, snakes, and toads. "Ill find him so we can talk to him. Hopefully this all..." But he trailed off, his expression going grave as he looked over Pavel's shoulder.

Pavel turned around and swallowed nervously as he saw his father standing at the end of the hall, a furious look on his face. "My office, now." He snarled. Pavel glanced at Romeo, trying to hide his fear since there were still a few girls in the hall, before following his father upstairs to the royal family's private floor.

Victory's smile faded as she watched Pavel follow his father. "what do you think that was about?" She whispered, her eyes only briefly catchign Jessica's glare before she looked back at Elliott.

Abril watched Pavel follow his father, trying to understand why his father would be so angry at the prince. He hadn't done this. Was it about something else?

Elliott shook her head, watching Pavel follow his father with a worried look. She hoped everything would end up alright.

Once the animals were gone Jessica slinked back into her room. Victory sighed and limped over to Abril. "You ok? I heard you scream as well."

"Oh she's fine." Romeo teased as he ruffled Abril's hair since it was already messy from sleep. "Frankly if you had been smart, Lady Abril, you would have kissed it and just made yourself a prince to marry so you wouldn't have to keep chasing our nerd of a prince." He said with a chuckle, trying to take the girls' minds off of the Prince getting summoned away.

Abril laughed. "That thing? You should have seen the way it stared at me! It gave me the evil eye. I think it wanted the whole bed to itself, that selfish toad."

Elliott giggled, but was still worrying about the prince as she went after Victory.

"Oh so it was just like me then?" Romeo said with a grin. "Well in that case you should have loved having it in bed with you."

Victory giggled happily as she looked at Romeo. Even with eyeliner smeared from sleep and wearing hastily thrown on clothes he managed to be charming. "You are a beast, Sir Romeo. Your wife must have her hands full with you."

Romeo rolled his eyes and wiggled his fingers at the girls, showing there was no wedding ring. "Do you honestly think i can be tamed that easily? What woman could keep up with me?"

Abril laughed, rolling her eyes. She shook her head at him. "I think you need to start kissing toads to find the woman who can," she teased. "You can start with the one in my bed."

Elliott wandered down the hall, petting the mouse in her pocket. She found her way into the library, grateful for the peace and quiet it gave. She wondered about Pavel and his father, hoping it'd turn out alright.

Romeo chuckled happily and shook his head. "Well Ill leave you two ladies to get back to bed. You'll need your beauty sleep for the report this afternoon." He bowed slightly to them before walking off down the hall.

VIctory watched him go before looking back at Abril. "What do you think was with the king? he seemed even angrier than the other girls."
