"Thank you." Rhys pulls his hand up to his lips, kissing the back of it gently. "I appreciate that. Now go get our girls pizza while I call Rose." He lets go afterwards, giving a playful 'shoo' motion.

Zero nods his head, kisses rhys forehead before stepping away and heading to Moxxi's.

When rhys does call the Hyperion CEO, it takes a few moments before the secretary answers the echo call. "One moment while i transfer your call Atlas." They state before tapping at a few keys so to transfer it over to Rose.
"Oh, rhys. I just finished talking with Jack. Did he forget to include something with his request? Perhaps i can catch him before he departs." She hummed, sounding a bit surprised.

Rhys is only quiet for a heartbeat, before he exhales strongly and raises an unseen hand to pinch the bridge of his nose. "Finished talking with Jack?" He questions, before calmly continuing on, "Did Jack request use of your shuttle?"

"Yes. He'll most likely be departing any minute. He stated it was an emergancy?" She informed, tapping a pen against her desk before standing. "I can go down to the shuttle bay and see if i can stop or delay the launch?" She asked, even as she's already grabbing her cip board off the desk, fitting her ear piece in to stay on the call and walking out of her office to try and catch up to jack. "He seemed incredibly determined to leave right this very second. Didn't tell me where he was going thought, just that he needed a shuttle and could pilot it himself." She concluded.

"If you could delay him, that would be great, actually. You should tell him there’s an emergency with Zero and I." Rhys takes a deep breath, already heading to Moxxi’s bar entrance to wave down Zero. “A very bad emergency. Uh, medical required stuff, possible death maybe.”

"I'm going to guess and say he doesnt have your approval for this like he said." She sighs softly. "Very well. Hopefully he cares more for your health then... What ever this is about." She concluded as she reached the shuttle bay doors, but they refused to open for her due to an 'in progress' launch. She curses, repeatedly mumbles the word 'no' while trying to throw in her override code to stop the launch, but its already to late. The doors only open when the shuttle is gone and a few colorful, non-english, words escape her. "He's gone. With no pilot to contact and our only available shuttle." She groaned.

Rhys can’t help but groan hearing that, shaking his head. "Well. I suppose you tried.” He states after a moment, and takes a deep breath. “I’m sorry that Jack lied to you. I promise I’ll get this sorted out, with the shuttle safely returned. I’ll take care of it.”

"I can at least track where the shuttles going. So i can at least provide updates of where he's going until you can figure out your own transportation issues. I'd suggest calling him, maybe you can talk some sense into him if he's going to be doing anything stupid." She concluded.

Zero finally walks over with three pizza boxes, only to see rhys expression and pop a question mark, then a sad emoticon. "He's being stupidly heroic? Emphasis on stupid yes?" He asked, almost sounding disappointed.

”He’s going to Promethea. But I’ll call him, and keep you updated on the situation. I’m sorry about this. I have to go.” Rhys ends the call fairly fast after that, looking at Zero with an annoyed hiss. “I should’ve known! I trusted him and everything, he said — God! Why is he always able to play me like that!” He rants, even as he scrolls through his contacts to call Jack.

Zero displays an upset then an angry emoticon. "Can we somehow ground him?" He questioned instantly, definitely upset.

Jack shouldn't be to surprised that rhys was calling him. Thus he bounces his leg alittle, stares at his echo as it rings while biting his lip a bit. Only then does he decide, instead of answering it, to deny/ignore the call. Rhys will be mad about it, add on to his already growing anger that he did this, but its for their safety. Rhys's mental state was just as fragile if not more so then lawrence's, and zero had already been through it once so he didn't know how a second time would effect him. He was already, pretty much insane, he had the different medications to prove that after all. So maybe it wouldn't be so bad for him?
