Xander waited in another room, sitting on a chair and trying to relax as much as he really could. So many things could go wrong for this meeting, having a rather peaceful nation meet with a very hostile while could make us a target not only for this nation, but for other ones now. A man enters and looks very out of place of the area and sits next to Xander and quietly/secretly hands a note to Xander. Xander takes the note and the guy leave. About two minutes later Xander grabs the note and reads.

"Nation is angered with losses of recent battles. Also have a few secrets left to be found, though very hidden information. Will need more time to discover. One of our scouts have been discovered and had to.. dispose of him. Will let you know of anything that happens. Have fun with the meeting Xander and good luck. You may need it. Lucky for if, if this doesn't go well, their army they are bringing is smaller than the ones you have just outside of the town escorting them."

Xander sighs and looks up at the ceiling. Secrets kept hidden? Every kingdom should have secrets its natural. Though the spies would normally be able to find them.. More questions pop into Xander about what would the secrets would be. Years of training of finding info and being an assassin starting to kick in.

Catherine climbed from her bath after making sure to clean every inch. It’s not everyday that she’d be meeting another royal family and didn’t want to look a mess. She did her hair up so that it was not in her face but also looked nice. After a few moments of getting ready and stepping into the dress, she walked back out to where Xander was waiting for her.

Xander looked over towards her and smiled. "You look really beautiful in that Catherine." He got up and walks towards her. "I guess I'll go and take my bath now. Going to feel quite nice to finally be able to take one." He looked at her for a little bit then started to head upstairs to take his bath.

Catherine smiled lightly and looked down at the skirt of her dress before back up at him “Thank you,” she murmured back in reply. She nodded in reply and let out a soft chuckle “I don’t doubt that, take your time.” she said before she took a seat and relaxed while she waited for his return.

Xander nods and head towards the bath and puts his clothing down and undresses and goes into the bath, resting and relaxing in the bath. "Ahh so nice." Xander sits in the bath for a little bit then starts to make sure his is all clean. After the bath he dries off and puts on his new set of clothing on and then heads back towards Catherine and smiles. "That was pretty relaxing."

Catherine straightened up a little in her seat as she heard the sounds in the distance which meant Xander was done. She smiled as he came into view. “You’re looking quite handsome,” she said with a little playful smile as she got to her feet. She nodded in agreement that her bath was relaxing as well, it was nice to sit in the warm water, always made her feel extra clean.

Xander smiles at her and holds her hand. "Why thank you, I appreciate it. Should we start heading back? We should probably head to the meeting area and get ready with what we can before they arrive. I did get a note that they don't seem happy at the moment. So this might be a bit more tough on us." He sighs slightly and rubs his head and starts walking with Catherine at least. The guard at the door follows behind us.

Catherine remained in step with Xander as she walked by his side, her hand settled nicely in his. “I wonder why they seem so unhappy if we have done nothing to them.” she said in a lower voice, more thinking out loud than actually talking.

"Yea I am not sure myself. All I know is that they aren't happy. Probably from some battles they were in. I am not sure. All I know is they we need to prepare just in case they show that sort of anger towards us." Xander was a little worried on how their mood would effect the meeting that was going to take place soon. When we arrive at the building there are people decorating the outside and inside and there is a huge table set up inside with food and other things. The king was already sitting down thinking and waiting for the event while everyone was preparing around him. "Hey dad, we are finally here and as ready as we can be for this."

The king looked over at them and smiled and offered them to sit next to him

Catherine fiddled nervously with her fingers as she slid into a seat next to Xander after giving his dad a friendly smile. She was usually nervous meeting new people, but never THIS nervous. She didn’t say anything as she sat there, her hands resting gently in her lap.
