A Glorious Comeback (1x! with *Adashi*)

Rhys has to pull Vaughn back, though doesn't look like he's condemning what Jack's doing and instead maybe just doing it out of fear of what Jack would do to either of them for interfering. He's about to speak up when Timothy begins to beg for his life, and Jack says what can only be considered a code, making both him and Vaughn flinch as they wait for Timothy's death.

But nothing happens. When Jack begins to explain, Vaughn lets out a noise and rushes to where Timothy is laying, instantly pulling him close once more. "You're okay! You're okay. Oh my god, enough with the death scares already.”

Rhys looks more shocked than anything, looking between Jack and Timothy until Jack's moving for the exit and he rushes to catch up with him. "Hey! Where do you think you're going? You can't really just waltz back into Atlas without me."

"Well, then stop gawking there cupcake. Warrior's alittle uneasy right now and its making me uneasy, so lets go outside before i change my tune alright?" Jack retorted with a shrug of his shoulders. This gets timothy's attention since he's hugging vaughn and such and mumbles a bit in agreement before getting up, picking up and holstering fatale as well so to go outside.

Vaughn stands up with Timothy, wrapping an arm around him protectively before following both Jack and Rhys out of the vault. Rhys, on the other hand, simply falls quiet and nods to the words, following Jack instead of taking the lead.

Jack walks out without issues, seeming pretty content with himself now. When they pass the river, jack doesn't mind a pause in the walk (Because it lets him roll in the grass for a minute) while timothy uses the water to cool off right quick. Thought timothy does have to pause to watch jack roll in the grass for a minute because its kind of funny and reminds him of his old cat Buster.

Rhys moves to sit down nearby, where he had before, not speaking and instead just watching Jack for a while before picking a few nearby flowers and humming to himself. The grassy side of Pandora was nice, since the most he got to see was dust and dirt. Maybe he should order some flowers for Sash. She'd appreciate that.

Timothy shakes his head alittle in amusement as he watches jack for a few moments, only to see jack rolling onto his belly/feet with his attention else were before he's smiling and bolting. Timothy throws his hands out with a curse because why would jack run away after all this, only to hear the shriek of a skag in distress that is quickly silenced with a sickening crunching noise. "Oh... Guess he isn't bolting just... Hunting.... Not sure if thats still worrying or not." He mumbles, faintly leaning to the side to lean against vaughn and watch rhys for his reaction.

Vaughn puts an arm around Timothy, holding him close and looking in the direction of where Jack ran off to. He huffs a bit hearing the skag. "Do you even feed him, Rhys?”

Rhys watches Jack bolt, not even making an effort to move because him and Jack already had this discussion and if Jack were really bolting off he wouldn't get very far. He does, however, quietly snicker upon hearing the skag and quickly covers it up with a nonchalant expression, shrugging when Vaughn questions him. "It's his instincts or whatever. He caught one earlier and thought it was fun."

"At least he's not coming after us with those instincts. Not to mention, nearly dieing and then recovering. Probably burned out a lot of the food and energy already in his system." Timothy stated with a small shrug of his shoulders. Jack only really comes back when he's had his fill, thankfully not bringing the skag carcass with him this time and even using a bit of the water to clean up.

Rhys watches Jack with a small smile before laying on his back and sighing. "Ooh. We have cupcakes back at the apartment because of Jack, you guys should try some."
Vaughn eyes Rhys for a moment or two, following his gaze to Jack and looking between them before pulling Timothy a bit closer and kissing the side of his head. "You can't bake, Rhys.”
"It was Jack, and he made way too many." Rhys replies, sitting up.

"Jack likes to cook when he's stressed and can't do office work or anything." Timothy whispered in response, content with the light kiss and rests his head on vaughn's shoulder as comfortably as possible.

"Its not that bad. He's over exaggerating. Its only like, 72 cupcakes... Maybe 71, princess over there might of snuck one of them when i wasn't paying attention." Jack responded with the slightest of shrugs of his shoulders.
