A Glorious Comeback (1x! with *Adashi*)

"Yeah.” Rhys nods, moving away from the kitchen and gesturing for Jack to follow. He heads down one of the hallways opposite of the bedrooms, opening the door at the end to reveal what seems to be a personal work office if he's ever too lazy to go down to his actual one. He heads to the desk, sitting at the comfy chair on the other end and tapping into the computer. It takes him about a second to load up the map, and he turns the monitor towards Jack.

Jack follows as well, looking around the private office for a few moments before approaching it. He takes a moment or two, but he gets going. He taps at the keys going through a few programs in a rather brisk pace before inputting a code. Its not long before a few varying dots pop up on the map, most of them gold, a couple blue ones and a singular red icon in the southern shelf, which he taps. "Theres tim-tam. Near the train wreckage." He mused.

"Perfect.” Rhys takes his echo and messages Vaughn with the information, who reads it and doesn't reply so he assumes that the man is either changing direction or just rushing to go and get him. "It's... It's kinda weird that you can still track him, since his contract with Hyperion was terminated long ago.”

"You think i'm going to let him go around without knowing where he goes after i dropped literal millions practically on that operation and all as well as keeping that hidden from tassiter? Plus, it was a thirty year contract cupcake." He stated with a bit of a chuckle and a shrug of his shoulders. "Gold icons are the ones that just use holograms to look like me. Blue icons are actual, full surgery stuff. Tim-tam's the only one that doesn't have... This." He gestures to his face, most likely referring to the mark.

His attention shits quite a bit when the red icon changes, begins moving. "Looks like he's moving... Where ya going tim-tam? What are you doing?" He mumbled.

"Hyperion’s downfall made the contract null, Jack. No company behind the contract meant no contract at all. I made sure to set Timothy as a free man as soon as I met him.” Rhys states, standing and moving around the small library like office. "I’m sure he’s alright. I alerted Vaughn — his practical ‘boyfriend’ of like — god I dunno, one or two years? Something like that, whatever, they’re together or something stupid like that. Also my best bro. And a bandit king! So he’ll take care of it.”

"Long as he's got my face and my voice, he's still my doppel. He's a free man when either his thirty year contracts officially over, don't matter if hyperions gone or i give the verbal confirmation codes to disarm the microbombs in his new face so he can get it changed back if he wants." He responds easily with a chuckle as he steps away rom the desk. "Looks like he's heading for the warrior now judging from the path and the travel's he's taking. That can't be good." He grumbled.

"Sure. Whatever you say, Jack.” Rhys rolls his eyes, stopping in front of one of the various bookshelves and pulling one out. He pauses when he hears Jack mention the warrior and takes his echo out to alert Vaughn of the change, as well as send a photo of the map. "They’ll be fine. Timothy can handle himself.”

"Oooh, i'm aware pumpkin. I'm very much aware. And thats what i'm afraid of right now." Jack answered, claws tapping rhythmically on the desk as he drums his fingers, only to slightly flinch his head back when the word Intruder was snarled into his head. "Yeah. He's there. Warrior isn't happy about it either." He mumbled.

"Should we go?” Rhys questions, already shoving the book back into place and heading for the exit.

Vaughn tried to catch Timothy after being informed that the doppel changed directions, but Timothy is fast, and much smarter than he is. The messages from Rhys only confirm the bad feeling in his stomach and he picks up the pace heading to the vault, pulling his gun and finding his way through the caverns. He’d investigated the area before, so he was ready for anything thrown his way. He just barely manages to get into the vault before it’s blocked off from Timothy disturbing the vault beast. “Timothy! We have to go!”

"No duh, dumb-dumb." Jack stated, quick to follow after rhys and for the exit. Warrior calling louder in his head, making him mumble softly. They're barely getting in the elevator when pain strikes him, getting a hiss out of him as he lifted a hand to grasp his shoulder, then pulling his hand away to look at the specks of blood now on his hand.
"Danger! Threat Detected!".
"He... he shot the warrior. He actually shot at the warrior." Jack mumbled in bewilderment.

Timothy paid his respects, something he hasn't done in a long time since he generally avoids those two areas. A deep shaken breath escapes him before he leaves with an 'maybe i'll even see you soon'. Despite the reassurances from rhys, he can't put this at ease. He needs to figure out how to hurt jack, and if he came from the warrior then maybe thats just it.

He traversed the caverns easily, took out what little enemies stood in his path before crossing the threshold. He just barely hears shouting behind him when Warrior makes its grand entrance. He turns to look with eyes wide. "What? No, vaughn, no, no, no, no, you shouldn't be here you cannot be here! Your not registered to the stations. If warrior takes you down its permanent! Oh god, oh god." He whispered, shaking his head greatly as Warrior gives a dominating roar. Timothy scowls and turns, firing a shot with his Fatale and getting the beast to shriek. "Shut up you over grown mutt. What, don't like a little ice?" He grumbled before snorting with a mumbled 'figures' to himself.
