A Glorious Comeback (1x! with *Adashi*)

Rhys pauses him for a moment and moves to turn off the kitchen appliances and remove the pancakes from a hot surface before following him to the bedroom. "You just make breakfast all the time, I thought I could do it at least once."

"To be fair, i haven't taught you how to manage cooking breakfast just yet. Mainly dinners, which are easier." he answered as he drops down onto the bed quite easily, then laid down completely.

"I’ve made myself breakfast before! It was going fine until I spilled the flour. Which is still all over me." Rhys says, raising his hand to rub away the rest of the flour on his face as Jack drops on the bed. He doesn’t lay down right away, instead tugging off his shirt to replace it.

Jack is alittle amused. "I spill flour all the time when i'm baking things so. Understandable." He answered in amusement, thought does prop himself up and gives a playful wolf whistle when rhys decides to change shirts.

"Hey, jerk. You were just complaining about going back to bed." Rhys snorts, playfully tossing his shirt at Jack’s face before tugging on a new one. “But hey. You seem like you’re doing better. How’re you feeling?” He moves to crawl back into bed once done, flopping beside Jack easily.

Jack huffs playfully but tosses the shirt to the floor before curling against rhys, immediately putting his arms around him as well and nuzzling his head into the crook of rhys neck. "Better, alittle cold now, but not miserable anymore. Probably going to feel cold til my core temperature's back to normal." He mumbled.

"I’ll warm you up." Rhys assures, wrapping his arms around Jack and pulling him close. “At least you’re not whiny anymore.”

"If i could, i'd have a serious word with The Warrior over this. That wasn't cool at all. Almost like the dang thing gave me that as a joke." He grumbled, more then content with shifting closer and pressing against rhys side.

"Aw, sugar." Rhys coos sarcastically, ruffling Jack's hair playfully. "Muffin. You poor thing," He continues on, grinning, before stopping and continuing on. "At least you got what some love outta it. You calmed down once I started giving you affection."

Jack grumbles playfully as he buries half his face into rhys shoulder. "What person can stay riled when they're getting much needed attention?" He retorted with a small huff.
