"it's a bit difficult for me to speak at a higher volume I haven't really spoken verbally in months because of the scar on my neck, it's been bothering me.." She said pulling chair over to sit in it and pulling the collar of her turtleneck down to show him the burn Scar again, it extended beyond her throat however the worst of it was on her throat, she looked visibly nervous at the moment, and was looking at all the medical equipment that was around. She wasn't to fond of any sort of medical areas she rarely went to medics to get herself looked unless it was something she couldn't treat herself. The burns on her were part of the reason why but she never told anyone what had happened to cause them.

Maine "Meta"
He huffed and rubbed his own throat. "I w-was shot in the th-throat during a mission... L-lost all voice." He stuttered out and growled at himself, hating that he couldnt put a whole sentence together like Gridlock or Mikhail. Gridlock stood beside Maine and rested a hand on his shoulder. "Dont worry, she said. "Talking will get easier." Maine looked at her, then grunted and watched as a nurse walked over to check his bandages.

Galassien glanced at the nurse warily before nodding to Maine and hoped she wasn't in the way. She obviously wasn't but her nervousness was obvious she actually wanted to stay here at the moment as it kind of kept her a bit calm to just sit there with Maine normally she'd be out of there as soon as any medical staff came over but she was staying because she wanted to keep him company. "I don't remember how this happened...." she said and attempted to say more but her voice seemed to just give out and she attempted to clear her throat and say something but frowned and just pointed at her throat. The muscles were weak still but she'd been able to talk more then she had attempted to in past.

Maine "Meta"
The woman took off his wrapping and checked his incision, making him growl in pain. He snarled a little and stared the woman down, his cut shedding a slight bit of blood once more.

Galassien "Gala"

Galassien couldn't help but hiss most people considered the vast majority of the foros species to be very cat-like although she was hissing simply because she could tell Maine was bothered by the fact that nurse was checking his injury and she was feeling rather protective though her hissing was kind of quiet.

Maine "Meta"
He looked over at Galassien and tilted his head. The nurse bandaged his neck and looked at Galassien. "Would you like me to look at your neck?" She asked and stepped closer, causing Maine to snarl a bit and stand up.

Galassien "Gala"

Gala immediately covered her neck with her elbow reaching her right hand to her left shoulder she wanted to say no but her voice was still not strong enough, and she was glancing at Maine to help her since she really didn't want any medical staff to touch her neck it was a sensitive spot.

Maine "Meta"
He snarled and shoved the nurse aside, a brutal roar filling the room as he stood in front of Galassien. His hand covering her as his body was positioned for a fight. Gridlock stepped up. "Maine! Stand down. Nurse is only trying to help." She hissed and folded her arms. Maine growled lowly but relaxed his position.

Gala seemed to relax since Maine was in front of her she shook her head not wanting anyone near her but Maine at the moment she really didn't trust the staff here though she no longer had her elbow covering her neck she had pulled up the collar on her shirt all the way up to chin making her look like a turtle trying to hide.
