↳his kittypet heritage introduced triangular and sleek features into his bloodline, along with siamese blue eyes. his fur is short yet thick, and primarily composed of an off white base; dark cream stripes paint his back, legs, and face, yet smoky grey points encompass his legs, tail, and ears.
↳willowfrost is a lithe tom, with seemingly delicate and elegant features; a graceful and soft step is present in his gait as a result of slender yet swift and long limbs.

↳as a kit, willowstar was always withdrawn and secluded, preferring to spend time alone rather than playing with others. the only cat he really talked to was his sister, marigoldkit. the two were practically inseparable, and marigoldkit eventually helped him come out of his shell. he made a few more friends, learning how to interact and note social cues. everything seemed perfect until his father died. though he wasn't very close to him, it still hurt a lot, but his reaction was nowhere near marigoldkit's.
↳they became apprentices soon after, but marigoldpaw seemed lost in her own mind, still grieving for their father. she became snappy and irritable, often avoiding others and even ignoring her brother. seeing her mother constantly dote on him while ignoring her only worsened her mood, and she eventually decided to leave shadowclan. willowpaw was devastated, but no amount of pleading would change her mind, and she soon left to join thunderclan. for a while after, willowpaw became quiet once more, only completing his assignments in the bare minimum manner before slinking off to the forest.
↳eventually, he became a warrior, earning the name willowfrost. his life continued like normal, slow and uneventful. then one day he went to a gathering and saw his sister, now marigoldcry. they didn't talk much, eyeing each other coldly like strangers, but his blood froze when he saw her sit with the deputies. from that moment he felt a newfound determination, a need to be up there with her. he had never dreamed of being leader before, but suddenly he began putting his all in becoming an outstanding warrior. many moons of volunteering for every patrol and bringing back the most prey everyday led to him bring named deputy. for once, he was finally content, and more so when he became leader.

↳willowstar is typically a calm and cool headed cat, slow to anger and usually willing to see all sides of an argument before making a decision. though he did begin exhibiting ambitious tendencies, he does try to keep the peace. he truly isn't a fan of yelling and arguing, and he tries to diffuse situations before they reach that point. willowstar seems wise beyond his age, likely due to the time he spends pondering over questions and problems. he likes to be ready for any situation, so he establishes procedures for any time of emergency, no wanting to be caught off guard.
↳however, he does seem to be a bit too reluctant to fight, especially against his sister's clan. while she is quick to charge into battle, willowstar turned out the complete opposite - which can sometimes endanger his clan. he also tends to spend too much time thinking, always having his head in the clouds. this occasionally leads to slight negligence on his part, as he gets too caught up in make believe scenarios that he forgets about his clan and even his own wellbeing.

Softwing felt the gathering grow louder as Thunderclan filed in. She shifted closer towards the high-rock, wondering when the actual gathering would begin. ''At least there's nothing going on, so nothing to fight about!'' Glancing at the cloudless sky, she was impatient for the rest of the medicine cats to wander over here so they could swap stories of their latest patients.
