Olivia|Location: Her House

"Hey." Olivia said to the boy that was writing next to her.
"What, Olivia?" he replied, not looking up from his journal. His name was Lincoln and he was one of Olivia's closest friends. They had known each other since grade school. Olivia thought he was different back then and that's why she wanted to get to know him better. She thought it was a new challenge, trying to find out why Lincoln seemed to be different from all the boys.
"I'm bored, I want to do something!" she snatched the book out of his hands. "Let's go somewhere!"
"Fine, we'll go for a walk. Just give me my journal back!"
"Yes! Let's go in the woods behind your house! I bet we'll find something cool."
"Whatever." Lincoln said, grabbing his journal back from her. "As long as we get back before it gets too dark."


Willow|Location: Right outside the woods

Willow Green was busy walking her dog when the dog started pulling her arm leading her to the woods. "Lily..." she said to the spaniel. "We can't go in the woods now, it'll get dark!" Lily didn't appear to be listening as she continued to pull Willow closer and closer to the edge of the woods. "Okay, fine. We'll go in the woods." The dog seemed pleased and continued her way into the trees with Willow trailing behind her.


Ryan|Location: Outside of his job

Ryan shift at the restaurant had finally ended and he was ready to go home. He quickly packed up his things and went outside to walk home. It was getting dark and he hoped it wouldn't take long to get home. As he was walking down along the edge of the woods though, he heard a noise. Not exactly a scream, but a shout of pain of some sort. He stared into the dense trees as if he could try to see what made the noise but no luck. Not wanting to leave someone or something that might've been hurt, he went into the woods, trying to follow the sound.

Haze|Location:Outside of work
Haze's shift ended at the restaurant, and he went out after his co-worker Ryan. He stopped walking when he heard a noise, his eyes narrowing. What was that? Was someone in need of help? He noticed Ryan heading into the woods to check it out, and Haze quietly went in after him.

Elliott|Location:House
Elliott was inside of her house, reading, when she saw a figure dart into the woods. Curious, but also afraid someone was trespassing on her property, she grabbed a flashlight and put on her boots and jacket before going onside and going into the forest.

Hunter|Location:Forest
Hunter ducked into the woods near a quant house near the edge of the woods. He smirked, knowing the owners of the shop would have lost his trail by now. They wouldn't catch him now. He looked into his bag at what he had stole, feeling a glimmer of pride. Now all he had to do was sell it for money. He froze, suddenly hearing something. Or someone? He slowly started to follow the sound, dreading what he would find.

Abril|Location:Woods
Abril strolled through the woods, smiling as she walked. She liked walking through the woods at night. She enjoyed seeing the sky hidden by the tree branches and hearing all the night animals wandering about. But then a sound pierced through the peaceful atmosphere, frighteningly near where she was.

Willow|Inside the lab?

Willow woke up with a start. She couldn't move. She looked down and saw she was strapped to a table. Her heart was racing, she looked around the room to see if she could find any clues to where she was. She saw test tubes and machinery scattered about. A lab of some sort? she thought to herself. Then she realized that Lily was gone. Desperately, she looked around the room again to see if she could see her. And she did. Lily was lying on a table with a syringe stuck inside her. Willow didn't think she was breathing. "NO!" she shouted. This can't be happening. "Where am I? Help me!"
"Don't bother screaming." said the darkness. "No one can hear you."
Willow whipped her head towards the sound. "Show yourself!"
A man then emerged from the corner with a needle in his hand and smiled down at her. "You are exactly what I've been looking for, a perfect test subject."
He then proceeded to stick the needle in her arm. Willow screamed in pain and passed out.


Olivia & Lincoln|Close to the lab

They were deep in the woods now and dusk was approaching fast. "Olivia... It's time we should go." Lincoln said.
"Ugh, fine, You're such a scaredy cat!"
Right as those words left her mouth, they heard a scream.
"Oh my god." Olivia said, turning to face Lincoln. "Was that someone screaming??"
"I think so..." he replied, hesitant.
Olivia quickly scanned the woods to see if she could see anything out of the ordinary.
"There!" she said, pointing to a house that led further into the woods.
"We have to see what's wrong!" and Olivia then grabbed Lincoln's arm and pulled him towards the house.
"I don't feel so good about this Liv." but he continued to follow after Olivia.


Ryan|Near Olivia & Lincoln

Ryan heard footsteps behind him so he turned around to see what was behind him. It was Haze, a friend from work. He must've followed me in here, he thought. "Hey," he called out to him. "Are you following me?"

Haze grudgingly went over to him. "I was wondering why you suddenly went into the woods," he admitted. "And then I think I heard someone scream."

Elliott|Location:Lab
Elliott squeezed her eyes tightly shut as she heard someone screaming near her. She didn't know where she was, but she didn't want to see what this place looked like.

Hunter|Location:Lab
Hunter writhed in the restraints, trying to break free. Growling, he glared up at the bright light that shone from the ceiling, his head spinning.

Abril|Location:Woods
Abril tripped over a fallen branch, stumbling onto her knees. She got up, dusting herself off. She had seen two people walking, and she wanted to catch up to them. "Wait!" she called, quickening her pace. Maybe they had information. She caught up to the guy and girl, her hair a tangled mess from the trek in the woods.

Olivia|In front of the lab

They had reached the mysterious looking house. Lincoln told her to wait here while he checked the place out. Of course, she wasn't going to do that but when Olivia was about to step in, she heard a voice calling out behind her. She quickly turned around and saw a girl running towards them.
"Hey!", she called back. "Did you hear that scream too??"


Lincoln|In the house

Lincoln had left Olivia at the door and walked into the house. It was pitch black and he could barely make out what was around him. He kept walking and eventually reached a set of stairs. He looked up and saw a light that seemed to be coming from a room. This is probably where that scream came from, he thought. Scared, but wanting to find the source of the scream, Lincoln walked up the stairs.


Willow|In the lab

'My body feels like it's on fire.'


Ryan|Close to the lab

"So you heard it too?" he asked. "I was going to see if I could find out what it was, and right now, I think it's coming from that house." he said, indicating with his hand.

"Yeah." he glanced at the house, worried about what they would find. "Should we go in, or...? Maybe call the police?"

Abril|Location:In front of lab

"I did. I was hoping you would know what's going on." She caught up with them, looking up at the house.

Olivia|Outside of Lab

"I actually don't know, but my friend and I were going to check it out. He's the one who just went inside." Olivia said, glancing back towards the front door of the house. "I think you should come with me inside, there's safety in numbers."


Ryan|Near the Lab

"The police won't even be able to find us in these woods. Plus who knows what's going to happen during the time the police are not here." More screams came from the house proving his point. "It's best that we go in now and try and help."
