xxxemory smiled. "well i couldn't stand to just watch them her hurt and probably all of their other acts," he told her. he did have a bit of a spine. he pulled his wand out and followed after ivy. he nodded and got ready for his own fight. he walked ivy and sam fight their own guard. he lifted his own wand, disarmed one of the guards and used the confundus charm on them.

xxxeloise was hulled back to the back of the tent and put in her cage. her sores ached from where she had been poked and her whole body hurt from the shifting, which could be incredibly painful when she was forced to shift and couldn't do it on her own.

Ivy found a guard and waved her wand dismissively with the crucio curses. She made sure he was dead before making sure that emory was okay. She continued deeper into the back where she met Sam who was standing by her cage. “Alohamora” she whispered under her breath and the locks quickly clicked open.

Sam gently picked up the weak Eloise and carefully took her out of the cage. “We got you... they won’t hurt you anymore..” he said softly. He smiled down at her before running out of the circus and hopping into his broom. He wrapped his strong arms around her making sure the ride wasn’t too rough for her.

xxxemory watched out of the corner of his eye as ivy used crucio curses on a guard. he winced a bit, knowing just how illegal it was for her to do that but he wasn't going to say anything. he followed after ivy and sam to the girl's cage and watched as they unlocked it. the girl seemed much to weak to move from her wounds and he was glad that sam was able to carry her.

xxxeloise had almost gone unconscious from being so weak due to her wounds and exhaustion after shifting. she instinctively wrapped her arms around sam's neck and laid her head on his shoulder, trying to keep herself from falling. when she finally came to a bit, she was holding onto sam and when she looked down she saw they were high up in the air. she was terribly afraid of heights.

Ivy walked briskly after them. She made sure that the girl and Sam was safe before disappearing in a dark cloud. She knew she had a meeting later that night so she had to go to the Slytherin commons and do her homework quickly. She sure hoped that the girl was okay.

Sam noticed the girl woke up and gave her a cute smile. “Hey it’s okay... I got you alright. Just don’t look down...” he said softly. His voice was soothe and calming. He gently rubbed her back trying to get her to calm down.

xxxemory ran out of the tent after sam and ivy. he quickly disapparated away from the circus in into hogsmeade because he knew that he couldn't apparate into hogwarts. the walk back to the castle was nice to clear his mind after the fighting. started to make his way up the stairs and into the slytherin common room.

xxx"o-okay," eloise said very nervously, still gripping onto his shoulders and trying not to look down at the ground. "where are we going?" she asked as she finally began to actually take in what was happening. she was just glad to be out of that cage but was also pretty nervous.

Ivy took a deep breath and put her hair into a ponytail before starting on her homework. As she was in the middle she felt the mark on her arm burn. “Augh not now!!!” She complained angrily. She tried to ignore the pain as long as she could so she could finish her homework. When she did she quickly disappeared and went to the meeting.

Sam smiled softly at her and said “I have a cabin up in the mountains we can stay st for a bit... I graduated last year so I don’t have to go to school. I can give you my undivided attention until your healed don’t worry... I’m not going to use you like they did...”

xxxwhen emory walked into the slytherin common room he saw that ivy wasn't there. he was curious as to where she was but he wasn't going to linger on it. he started to walk on his homework for muggle studies and astronomy silently while thinking about what had happened in the circus and hoping that the girl would be okay.

xxxthe maledictus was interested in the idea of school, she had never been. "ive never been to school," eloise admitted. "and ive never been away from the circus," she added nervously. she wondered if there actually were good people in this world. should she really trust this man?

Ivy sighed and sat down at one of the chairs and listened to you-know-who ramble on about how there’s to many muggles and mudbloods around and not enough pure bloods around the place. She signed and drank a couple of butter beers before she finally got done listening to this. She was dismissed and she eagerly went back.

Sam nodded saying “those assholes kept you locked in there... I wouldn’t imagine you got any schooling... I can teach you if you’d like” He found a place to land and gently set her down. “Can you walk?”

xxxemory always pondered what it must be like to be a muggle, to have no power and to know nothing of it. he then realized how hard it must be for squibs, they knew magic existed but they would never be able to use it. he looked up when he suddenly heard chuckling and saw two of the pureblooded slytherin boys laughing at him. "look at emory, studying muggles, i guess he wants to be inferior like them," one of the boys sneered.

xxxeloise smiled. "my parents sold me to them when they found out my... condition and they've kept me locked up ever since," she told him. she was very happy that they landed, finally on the ground. "i think so," she said with a smile, putting her foot down on the grass below her.

Ivy materialized in the Slytherin commons and saw Emory and two pure bloods. She could tell they were being assholes so she walked over and promptly punched both in the face. “Go suck some toes!” She yelled before cursing at them.

Sam looked at her sadly “that’s harsh.. we’ll for what it’s wirth I think your beautiful anyways...” he said smiling softly at her. He kept an arm around her waste as he walked her inside the cabin. He gently guided her to a chair and helped her sit down. “Do you want any food?”
