August had been packing his last bags for this road trip that he was going on with his friend Jackson when he got a text from that very man. He hummed and read the text messages before he replied to them. "I'll have everything packed in time. Do not worry about arriving too early or fast." He texted. He grabbed his bags and came downstairs. He watched out the window as Jackson's van pulled up to his house. He went and grabbed a final couple of things while he heard Jackson knock. He pulled his sunglasses and jacket on before picking up his bags. He opened the door and greeted Jackson with one of their weird bro hugs. "Hey dude! Are you as excited for this trip as I am?" He asked him with a grin as he placed his bags in and got into the passenger seat. "Come on, let's get out of this small town with nothing to do." He called out the passenger window to him with a chuckle. He was more than excited to escape his parents and everything in this tiny town he had been trapped in.
