Kodi smiled as he looked at Delilah. "I can always be appreciative of a girl who knows her way around fashion." He remarked with a smile upon his face. He turned to Atlas as he spoke. "It's nice to see you as well, Atlas." He spoke as he looked at him. "I am hoping that you are going to try and stay calmer for the rest of the day?" He explained with a soft, melodic, giggle. That statement was teasing and all in good fun.

"At this point? No promises," He jokingly replied. Atlas had a fiery temper, and he was very familiar with the fact. It seemed to have gotten even worse ever since he became a werewolf. He's been trying to manage it for the past year as a result. Grant just so happened to be one of those people that easily got under his skin. He wasn't sure if he was able to handle seeing him again, considering that he literally shifted at the sight of him holding hands with Kodi.

Kodi giggled as he looked at Atlas. "I am sure that you can keep control. I believe in you." He explained as he looked at Atlas. He placed his hand on his gently, reassuring him before he removed it to continuing eating his lunch. "It just takes practice to keep control of your inner wolf. Mine and myself are very much in tune with each other. Ying and yang." He explained with a smile upon his face. Moments later, Grant appeared and placed an arm around Kodi with a happy smile. This time however, he gave Kodi a soft little kiss which Kodi returned. Kodi laid his head on Grant's shoulder after they parted.

"You really think so?" He asked, perking up a bit. "We've always been the biggest disaster in my opinion." Maybe it was because he's fought against it for so long. Grant arrived soon enough, and his mood dropped down once more. Then, seemingly out of the blue, the two shared a kiss with each other. Atlas swore he could have heard his heartbreak in that moment. "You didn't want to wait until I was gone, huh?" He asked in a quiet tone, hurt in his tone. For the first time, Atlas actually stood up and walked away wordlessly without putting up a fight. He was obviously angry, but he was too frustrated to say anything else.

On the other hand, Delilah almost choked on her drink when she saw the two kiss. They looked really comfortable with each other which made matters worse. She quickly stood up from her chair to move somewhere else. Normally, she would have followed after Atlas, but he needed space right now.

Kodi was confused when he saw both of his new friends go. He didn't understand what was going on or why they both left. He had been suppressing his wolf's emotions so even he didn't know what was going on. Grant smirked as he scared the two off. He wiped away Kodi's silent tears. It was for the best. They were both going to hurt him anyways. He took Kodi's hand and left with him, wanting to remove him from the situation.

Days passed and Kodi wasn't seen in school for a little while. Grant was seen often but never really Kodi. It was strange and odd and no-one could figure out where he had gone but nobody dared to ask.

Atlas finally decided it was time to confront Grant. He’s been avoiding him ever since the incident, but it was quickly noticeable that Kodi was missing. For the past few days, Atlas been constantly on edge and moody. He was ready to snap at anyone that came close to him, Delilah included. His wolf just wanted to see his mate again. When he walked into the study hall, the first thing he did was male his way towards Grant’s table. “Where the hell is Kodi?” He asked, a growl in his voice.

Grant looked over as he was approached by Atlas. He gave him a growl back. "It's none of your business rogue." He growled as he looked at him. He stood up and looked him in the eyes. "Back off..." He snarled at him. It would not be a smart idea to challenge Grant at this current moment. He watched Atlas and waited for him to back off or make some other move.

Atlas didn’t want to be left out of the dark. He had to restrain himself from snarling back at the other wolf. For a second, he closed his eyes and sighed in an attempt to relax himself. “Tell me where Kodiak is,” He pleaded. “Please.” He tried staying as calm as possible althought his teeth were gritted together. “And I’ll leave you alone.” It wasn’t wise to start a fight right now. Not when they were both vulnerable. The only thing he wanted was to see where Kodi was and if he was alright.

Grant looked at Atlas. "No. It's none of your business rogue." He growled at Atlas. "Now, leave me be." He explained as he sat back down and pulled out his book and began to read, simply ignoring Atlas. "He will be back to school soon enough but you are still banned from going near him." He explained simply.

Atlas let out a sigh when he was given the same answer. He turned and walked away. It was still a free period, so there was really only one other thing he could do. Whenever he needed to calm his nerves, he’d take a walk in the woods which is what he decided to do. The forests weren’t too far considering they literally surrounded the campus. He arrived at the forest and took in the sights of the forest. He took in a breath of the sweet air around him.
