Virgil Young
Lead Guitar of Bloodline and The Lost Black - Male - Twenty-Three - Bisexual [closeted]
It pained Virgil to see Elliot in such pain after his collapse. He noticed the familiar mother hen instincts come over the small boy and it made his heart jump just a little bit. "Well, you know that the doctor can sometimes be incorrect..." He reminded the other man. He groaned a little bit as he tried to sit up in the bed, his head still spinning a bit as he sat up. He smiled weakly in victory as he looked at Elliot and the other band members that were in the hospital room with them. He groaned and closed an eye as he felt the pain of his headache radiating behind his eyeball. Maybe the doctor was correct and he needed to rest, but no Virgil had to stay strong for the band and especially for their fans.
Virgil knew that it would upset Elliot a bit for him to call him just 'bud' but he also knew that they needed to keep their relationship under wraps for now, especially around the band members. He knew at least one of them was a gossip goblin and if they caught any hint of a relationship between the lead singer and guitarist, it would be front page news by morning. He turned to the other men in the room. "It seems like Elliots taking good care of me, you guys head out for a little bit. Get some food or some rest." He insisted to the two of them, nodding a bit as he watched them leave. He turned back to Elliot.
"Ellie, I am sorry." Virgil spoke softly, looking at his lover's strong back as it was turned to him. "For everything..." He murmured. "I should have been taking better care of myself not to worry you and the others." He explained to him. A soft sigh came from him now. "But we need to keep our relationship under wraps..." He explained softly. "Please..." He looked away with a soft whine. He didn't know what he would do if his sexuality was revealed. He didn't know how the fans or the bandmates would take it. Heaven forbid if his parents saw the broadcase about it.
When Elliot turned back his attention to him, Virgil let a weak smile come upon his lips. He nodded when Elliot explained to him what he was doing. He groaned, even nodding his head hurt. Virgil couldn't help the relieved noise that came from him when he felt the soft and cool cloth on his forehead, helping to ease the pounding. He gently took the paper cup, letting their fingers graze briefly. He brought the cup to his parched lips and drank. "Thank you..." He spoke. "Yes, the lights are not helping at all, if you wouldn't mind turning them off, that would be great..."
