Cyprus approached the car but stood at the driver's seat door. "You are not driving my car. Get out. You can come with me but as the passenger. I'm a good driver, I swear." He explained to him as he waited patiently. If he didn't get out of the driver's side he was going to refuse to go and work on the project. He crossed his arms and waited.

"You ruined my fun," Alex huffed, but still got out of the car, switching to the passenger's seat. He wasn't going to provoke Cyprus, because he needed him for the project for now. The school day had drained Alex, since he had the looming thought that he would have to do a project with Cyprus. He wanted to sleep, but he had to stay alert, just in case Cyprus tried something. He turned the radio on, switching the channel to the news. Alex rarely listened to music, and usually preferred to be updated on current events.

Cyprus grinned as he got out of his driver's seat. He slid in and looked at him. "I take my car very seriously." He explained to him as he looked at him. He made sure that both him and Alex were buckled up. When he saw Alex wasn't he rolled his eyes and reached over, buckling Alex up. "There you go, idiot." He spoke as he turned and began driving to Alex's house. "Alexander Lee, you are going to need to give me directions..." He spoke as he kept looking a the road. "And if you direct me into a trap I will drive this car off a bridge." He spoke. "Hope you can swim."

"Oh, thanks," Alex said as Cyprus buckled him up. He was a bit surprised that Cyprus would do something like that for him. "Turn right at the next street, then continue forward until the third left, then turn left. Also, I'm not stupid enough to lead you into a trap after I gave you my word that I would keep you safe from my people," Alex told him. Cyprus' driving was actually very steady, and before he knew it, he was dozing off, the steady motion of the car lulling him to sleep. Right before he closed his eyes, he thought, I hope Cyprus doesn't try to kill me any time soon.

Cyprus saw Alex dozing off in the car and he continued going steady. He soon pulled up to Alex's house and shut the car off. He looked over at him and gently shook his shoulder. "Alexander Lee, wake up. We have a project to do. Remember, this is why you dragged me here?" He spoke as he noticed a couple men come out to examine the unfamiliar car. Cyprus shook his faster. "Alexander, call off your goons before I call them off for you." He told him in a slightly threatening tone.

Alex opened his eyes groggily, rubbing the sleep from them before speaking. "You know, you can just call me Alex. Feels weird if you talk to me so formally." He took a look at the guys outside and motioned for them to stay peaceful. He exited the car, grabbing his bag, and walked up the stairs to his family's considerably large house. He opened the door, telling Cyprus, "Welcome to my house. My dad already knows you're here, but most likely doesn't want to see your face, so we can just head upstairs." He led the way up to his room, which was spotless and perfectly organized. He unpacked his bag, taking out and gathering materials he thought they would need.

"Alright, so. First, we decide on which scene. I think the part where they fight would be interesting, because both of them have very mixed feelings, and it would be fun to write about," he said, taking a look at his notes on the book.

Cyprus looked at Alex. "I prefer formalities with you, Alexander." He explained as he looked at him. "We are not friends nor will we ever be so I will not call you some foolish nickname." He spoke as he stepped out of the car with Alex. He grabbed his bag and kept his eyes on the goons as he walked past them. He glared at them all as he entered the house. He walked into Alex's room with him and collapsed on his bed, huffing. "Yes, the fight scene would be interesting because it would give me a chance to beat your face in." He explained, grinning.

Alex sighed at Cyprus' response. He was so stubborn. "Not a fight scene as in a physical fight, but the arguing part. Have you even read the book, you dimwit?" He asked, exasperated. He didn't mention that there was also a kiss within that scene, but they would just cut it out. He pulled out his book and flipped to the page, which was marked with a sticky note. "Here," he said, pointing to it as he handed it over to Cyprus. He also grabbed his laptop and opened an online document so he could write out a script and start working on the essay.

Cyprus looked at Alex as he informed him that it was not a physical fight but instead a verbal argument. "I have not read the book." He huffed as he took the book and read through the passage. "Are you sure you want to do this one? It involves a kiss..." He explained to him. "As well, if we cut it out we will lose points for inaccuracy since the kiss happens part-way through the argument." He informed him as he watched him. He wasn't stupid, just lazy.

"It's fine. We can just make it look like we kissed," Alex said, waving it off. "But are you okay with writing about this part?" After he asked the question, he realized that it was a useless question, because if Cyprus hadn't even read the whole book, he wouldn't even understand why the argument happened or what it was about. It was a great part to write about though; there were so many ways to analyze the characters' feelings. "This part will be easy to write about, and since you haven't even read the book, we need to have at least one part of our project easy, and I'd rather it be the essay part, because I can do that well, but if you have a different one you want to do and are capable of, I'm open to suggestions," Alex told him.
