Eden sighed, "I don't know, she doesn't like the pack to much and the pack hates her," she whispered trying think of something to do. All of a sudden Eden yelped and fell forwards as Vivian suddenly pushed harder to get out.

Sam rubbed her back and bit his lip, he didn’t know what to do and he was sure that Mila was probably asleep by now. He watched her closely “Maybe it would just be easier if she got out here, she’s contained to the house so she can’t get out onto the street,” he said, trying to think about where the best possible area was for Eden’s wolf.

Eden whimpered and had slight tears in her eyes. She wasnt sure how much longer she could push Vivian back. "Are you sure?" She whimpered out as she gripped her hair with her hands.

Sam went and locked the front door before he returned to her side. He rubbed her back some more “I’ll make sure of it, Eden, let her out so that she stops hurting you,” he told her. He lifted her face and gave her a reassuring smile before wiping the tears that fell from her eyes. He kissed her gently then pressed his forehead to hers “I’ll keep you safe,” he promised before he pulled away again.

Eden's eyes widened slightly at the kiss before she nodded her head slowly. She carefully stood and walked to a clear spot in her living room, slightly unsteady on her feet. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath, Vivian quickly taking over her body. Eden cried out in pain as she quickly shifted into her wolf. Vivian was quickly in control and turned her head towards Sam.

Sam sat on the couch calmly, kicking his feet up so that his body language was calm for when Vivian appeared. He watched Eden carefully, making sure she was okay before the wolf appeared. He looked at her for a moment, unsure of how she would react now that she was in complete control. He smiled at her, trying to react like he would if it was Eden controlling.

Vivian growled at Sam lowly before trotting closer to him. She didn't find him to be a threat, but she wanted to make sure. Once she was close enough the wolf started to sniff around Sam to check and make sure he was safe. She took her time and climbed onto the couch beside him to run her nose along his face.

Sam bit the inside of his cheek a little at the growl but didn’t move and didn’t meet the wolf’s gaze, he looked at her paws. He read somewhere that making eye contact when they were unsure was like being threatening. A soft chuckle rumbled in his throat when her nose touched his cheek. “It’s nice to formally meet you, Vivian.” he said, knowing full well the wolf couldn’t really understand him, but he’s talked to dogs as well before.

Vivian, finally deciding he wasn't a threat, lay her body across Sam's and released and content sigh. She had met Sam before: but, she was in what Eden's family called 'feral' mode. Her wolf wouldn't remember any of this later on and neither would Eden. Vivian lifted her head and ran it along Sam's neck in a greatibg like manner.

Sam smiled as the wolf lounged across him, happy to have the wolf’s approval. He already had her approval previously, but this was different. He placed a hand in the wolf’s coat and pet her gently, relaxing a bit as the wolf showed no reason to be worried.
