Eric's body went limp as the two guys dragged him out, her didn't have the energy to fight anymore, the wound on his face bled profusely, staining the side of his face and collar of his shirt, the cut burned and Eric didn't like it one bit, he wanted to get someone to fix it up but he didn't want to take anyone away from helping Echo. The two guys that had dragged him out in the hallway soon let go, causing his knees to buckle slightly under him as he had to hold his weight up again, he moved back against the wall and slid down it, hugging his knees to his chest and watching the door closely. He waited for what felt like hours for someone to come tell him something. Was Echo okay? Did they save her? Was Calvin wrong about this place? All the thoughts came racing through his head at once, he actually couldn't think straight at all, all his worry and anxiety building up and causing him to feel so small in the world. His eyes were filled with tars, but he tried to not let any fall as he waited on news about his beautiful lover.

A few minutes that felt like hours later, someone came out of the room and Eric jumped to his feet, looking at her "is she okay?" was the first thing to come from his mouth as he leant against the wall a bit for support as the sudden movement of getting up so quick made him feel lightheaded. He still couldn't think straight, but when the nurse nodded, he pushed away from the wall "can I see her?" He asked.
"sir, let me fix that wound first." She said, Eric shook his head "no.. no.. I need to see her, it's more important." He said and crossed the hallway towards the door, ignoring the nurse's protests about how he need medical help too. He walked into her room and crossed over to the bed quickly "Echo?" He asked softly, pulling a chair up to her bed. He sat down and gently took her hand, pressing a kiss to her knuckles. He was so relieved to see that she was for the most part okay, that's all that mattered to him, she was his light and the thing that kept him sane anymore, losing her would kill him, he'd stop at nothing to kill Arya and avenge Echo's death, luckily for Arya and everyone else, she was still alive and breathing.

Calvin looked over at her and pulled her close "I'd say he is too." He whispered then kissed her temple "they'll protect you." He whispered and kissed her temple again "Kita.." He trailed off after hearing what she said fully "I didn't know.." He mumbled then wrapped his arms around her tightly "I should've know though with how you were always saying before this happened and whatnot." He whispered softly then looked away "why didn't you tell me?"

Jonathan heard her voice and was at the camp before they even go there "what's the matter?" He asked, walking over and looking at Leo for a moment then turning his attention to Scarlet, wanting answers as soon as e could get them "why's you yell for me?" He asked her quietly, glancing at Leo every few moments.

Leo looked at her, just barely hearing her "okay..." He whispered then let her lead him back to camp. He looked around for a moment, mostly only seeing colors and blurs around him, he really didn't know what was wrong and it made him extremely anxious, as Scarlet forced him to sit down and said something, he nodded slightly "okay." He whispered and fiddled with his fingers, staring at the ground in silence.

Echo opened her eyes when she heard someone step into her room. To her relief, it was Eric. She narrowed her eyes when she noticed the cut on his face. Relaxing, she managed to weakly squeeze his hand back. She grabbed the oxygen mask off of her face and brought it down to her neck. The nurse glared at her and Echo managed to glare back. She wasn't in the mood. Echo looked back over to Eric and managed a drowsy smile. "Well. I can mark dying off the list." she mumbled and chuckled. The movement made her stomach ache and she winced. "Ow." Echo muttered and stared at Eric's cut. "What... happened to you?" she managed to ask. "You need to... get that looked at." The drugs were making it incredibly difficult for her to form sentences.

Kita looked away, letting Calvin hug her. "I'm sorry. It's not something I enjoy talking about. It was rather... traumatic." she said quietly, a chill going down her spine as she thought about the labs. "I was an experiment for Echo and Eric's agency actually. I Spent most of my life there." she took a deep breath. "But. It doesn't matter. Can't do anything about it now." She leaned away from Calvin and messed with one of her tails. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you all sooner."

Scarlet jumped when she heard Jon. He always had that effect on her for some reason. "He's hurt. Something isn't right. I just don't know what. You need to help him." she said anxiously as she paced back and fourth. Scarlet would sneak glances at Leo every once in a while as she tried to determine what in the world could be wrong with him. "He says he's having a hard time hearing. I know Echo threw him really hard. I... I just don't know what it could be. I don't have a lot of medical experience." She ran her hands through her hair and paused. "Leo, can you roll up your shirt so we can make sure there isn't extensive bruising? Did you get hit hard in the head? Are you having pain in your neck or back?" the questions continued to fly out of her mouth as she tried to find the cause of the problem. "Have you eaten? How often have you been sleeping? When was the last time you drank something?"

Eric smiled back at her then squeezed her hand ever so gently "it's the cut from Arya." He said softly "it just opened back up again, I'll be okay until you fall asleep." He told her, kissing her hand again "I don't want to leave your side while you're awake... or at all." He whispered softly "I just so glad you're actually okay, love." His voice was quiet "you really worried me there for a while." He told her, looking over her face slowly.

Calvin looked at her "I'm sorry." He whispered then slowly stood up after she leaned away from him "I don't think either of them know about it either." He said softly, stretching his arms above his head and listening to the satisfying pops of his joints throughout his arms "it's okay, sweetie, I don't care that you didn't tell me, I've got some secrets of my own that I don't want out." He told her and walked back over to her, kissing the top of her head.

Jonathan listened to Scarlet then kneeled down in front of Leo "I'm not so sure about what could be wrong either." He said softly and gently put his hand on Leo's arm "can you tell me what's going on?" He asked him, listening to him talk before turning to Scarlet as he finished speaking "he may have a concussion, and that's just from what he told me and I'm sure he hit his head when Echo threw him." he told her then looked at Leo again, sighing "he's going to have to be watched to make sure he doesn't get hurt more if it is a concussion." He told her.

Leo looked up at Jonathan the best he could and began speaking "I can't see well, my ears are ringing, my head hurts a bit, I'm dizzy.." He told him and messed with his finger, looking down to signal that he was done speaking. He tried to listen in on Jon nd Scarlet's conversation but he couldn't hear well enough to.

Echo shook her head. "I'm fine. Please go get treated." she whispered and watched as the nurse stepped closer. "I'm just tired right now. I'm not dying at the moment." The thought of the nightmares she had had while asleep suddenly began to plague her mind and she sighed. "Once you get looked at, you're welcome to hang out as long as you want. Okay?" She shifted her weight so that she was more comfortable. "Do you know when I can leave?" Echo had never liked hospitals or medical wards. She had already spent too much time in them. Being poked and prodded all day always made her anxious and annoyed.

Kita looked up at him and managed a small smile. "I mean. At least it's come in handy." she shrugged and then frowned. "I'm glad I'm not the only one harboring secrets. Just, know I'm always here if you ever feel like talking, okay? I know what it's like to carry them alone." Kita stood up and stretched, looking to the door when she heard a knock.
"Status update on the injured humanoid you brought in." the voice stated and Kita leaped at the door. She opened it and pinned her ears at the sight of the official.
"Is she okay?" Kita asked slowly.
"Stable now. She went into cardiac arrest a few hours ago but was revived. She's had surgery and is resting now. I was ordered to inform you guys since you all brought her in." Kita nodded slowly, looking at the ground.
"Thank you." she whispered and looked back to Calvin.

Scarlet nodded slowly as Jon discussed Leo's possible concussion. "That makes sense I guess." she said quietly and pulled her jacket down. "Leo, you can take my tent. I have a thicker sleeping bag than you do. You can rest there for now." she gently grabbed his arm and helped him up before walking him over to her tent. "You should probably rest for now so that you can recover faster."

Eric didn't move "I'm not leaving your side." He said firmly and gently held her hand, rubbing his thumb over her knuckles "you know how I am Echo, I don't like leaving you." He told her and sighed quietly, looking down, but still holding her hand "I'll be fine, I don't want to leave you here alone.." He mumbled and slowly looked back up at her "I'm not sure when you'll get to leave, when you're healed a bit more I guess.."

Calvin looked up, listening to the person at the door "thank goodness she's okay." He said softly then moved and laid back on the bed, sighing loudly and looking up at the ceiling "I'm exhausted." He grumbled and closed his eyes, soon fading in and out of sleep.

He said softly, but didn't argue anymore after than, he was extremely tired and needed some rest so he could feel better and get back out to help search for the rogues again. He slowly walked into the tent and laid down slowly, curling up slighlty and closing his eye "will you stay?" He asked softly.

Echo shook her head. "And you know how I am. I can't sleep until I know you're okay for the most part. Right now, it looks like you got your head completely split open." She stared at him carefully, concerned. "I'm glad you're here though." she eventually said and looked away. She probably looked like a train wreck herself. Pale, tired, weak, bloody, and drugged. A few moments later, a nurse walked up behind Eric with medical supplies in her hands.
"I can treat you right here so you don't have to leave her." she said kindly and pulled up a table to set the supplies on top. Echo stared at the nurse warily before closing her eyes for a few moments. She yawned but then opened them again. As tired as she was, she didn't feel like sleeping.

Kita walked over to the bed and sat down on it. "Me too. At least we can actually relax for the first time in what feels like ages." she flopped down next to him, staring up at the ceiling. "Hopefully they'll let us stay until we are recuperated a bit. Then I guess we can figure out what to do next." she yawned and curled her tails around herself. "Until then, sleep. I'm sure you're exhausted. Do you need another round of pain medication? You could probably have the medical team look at it to make sure it's healing okay." She paused, catching herself. "Ignore me. My head has a hard time stopping." she chuckled and turned to one side of the bed.

Scarlet glared at Leo as he attempted to protest. "Don't even try." she grumbled and watched as he laid down. When he asked her to stay, she hesitated. Eventually, she nodded. "Okay." she said quietly and sat down in the corner of the tent. She did want to keep an eye on him to make sure he was alright while sleeping.

Eric smiled slightly "nah, it's just the nasty gash there." He said and chuckled slightly, the movements from him talking and laughing, caused more blood to pour out of the wound but he payed no attention to it "I told you I wasn't going to leave your side and I meant it." He told her. He looked up at the nurse as she spoke "okay.." He said softly, and turned towards the nurse slightly so she could reach the side of his face that had the gash on it.

Hades slowly woke up and walked out of the tent, sitting down beside Marvin silently, looking out over their camp. He didn't speak because he didn't want to get on her nerves or anything like that. The two little undead dogs ran up to him and he picked them both up, placing them on his lap and gently scratched behind one's ear.

Echo watched as the nurse began wiping off Eric's head, studying her actions carefully. She still didn't trust anyone in the facility. They were in an enemy agency. Or rather, they were the enemies in the "good guys" agency. The nurse quickly wiped away the blood, cleaned the wound, and then wrapped his head. Once finished, she offered them both a small smile before gathering her supplies to exit the room. "I'll leave you two alone now." she said over her shoulder and left. Once she was gone, Echo relaxed and blinked several times. "There you go. Much better." she said quietly and stared at Eric's face, smirking. " She yawned and took a deep breath, careful to not move her stomach too much. "Try to get some sleep, okay?" she said slowly before yawning again. Eventually, she managed to close her eyes, falling asleep while holding Eric's hand.

Marvin stiffened when she heard something behind her. Thankfully, it was only Hades. And... two of his dogs. She raised an eyebrow when the dogs neared her and glanced over at Hades. The girl had to admit, they were cute. She watched as Hades began petting one and shook her head. "They're actually kind of cute." she admitted, breaking the silence. Marvin pulled her jacket closer around herself and tightened her ponytail. "How are you feeling?"

Eric let the nurse fix his face then smiled at Echo once she was done "thank you, miss." He said kindly then looked at Echo again, squeezing her hand gently "I feel a bit better too." He told her then nodded "I will." he said softly and moved slightly in the chair, laying hiss free arm on the bed and laying his head on top of his arm, slowly falling asleep like that.

Hades looked over at her "yeah, they are." He said softly then smirked slightly "aside from the missing patches of skin and stuff." He mumbled. He looked back down at the little dogs and sighed, both of them had been living pets of his at one point in time, but both had died, one of old age and the other hit by a car. Once he heard Echo speak, he looked back up again "I'm feeling a bit better than before." He told her "still a little lightheaded though."
