"Oh good..." she murmured. Monica was happy that the girls were behaving. "You ready for bed?" she asked.

"Yeah, I am." he said, he kissed her cheek softly, "I love you." he said warmly.

[Boomer]

"I love you too." she echoed. Monica took his paw and led him upstairs. She laid in bed and curled up next to him. "Good night." she said, kissing his nose.

Evan held her close, "goodnight." he said with a soft smile and kissed her forehead, "Sleep well my love."

Monica rested her head under Evan's chin as she drifted to sleep. By morning, she got up and got ready for the day. Mary was up and struggling to sit.

Evan was up shortly after Monica, he headed in the pup's roo to check on them and helped Mary sit up.

[Boomer]

Maria was still asleep, not stirring as Evan came into the room. Mary winced softly as she looked to Evan. "Can I have some medicine, please?" she asked.

"Of course." he said softly, going to get her one of the tylenol, he came back with it and some water for her.

[Boomer]

"Thank you." she said softly. Mary took the medicine and drank all of the water. She then looked back outside, enjoying the sunrise. Maria continued sleeping.

He sat with her and relaxed, "How are you feeling?" he asked with a gentle smile, hoping hr back hurt less.
