[Larson and Zoe]

Larson nodded and sighed. "She seemed to be really scared and I dont know why." He said and then looked at the people. "You have to kick people out, they just won't leave willingly." He told him.

Maddie frowne and looked at her for a moment. "But I'm really not joking." She told her and then set off her power to make everything brighter in the room. "I'm not human at all and I've been so scared to tell because of the outcome and I'm an angel..."

[Darkminnow]

Jay shrugged. "Oh. Okay, well, you're the party master." He grumbled. "Apparently."

Serendipity's eyes widened. "A-an angel?" She gasped as the light in the room suddenly brightened. Serendipity was slightly confused she hadn't noticed before, with the halo and everything. "Wow…" She murmured, her voice full of respect.

[Larson and Zoe]

Larson frowned suddenly. "I just now noticed how much of a jerk you are. I'm out of here. Deal with the humans yourself." He said and started to walk away angry.

Maddie sighed and let her halo go black again. "My halo can change eith my mood, but I always chages to the color of my shirt." She sat down and buried her face into her hands. "My kind can hide their halos completely, but I never learned how to."

Jay sighed loudly. The one person he had trusted to tell his secret had just walked away. "Well, let him." He muttered to himself. "He should know how I act by now- it's his fault he can't see beyond my being a vampire. He used to understand me." Jay rolled his eyes and walked down the hallway. People were still talking and the sort. "Excuse me, but the party's just about over." He began.

Serendipity sat down and hugged Maddie. "Maddie, you are so strong and brave." She murmured, her voice full of pity. "You wouldn't let this knock you down, really?" She sighed. "I know, it was hard on you. And I'm sorry I asked you to come. I realize now that you probably just accepted to be nice. I didn't know you were so nervous." She looked down. "I really am sorry."

[Larson and Zoe]

Larson sighed and walked in as soon as everyone left. He went over to Jay and punched him in the face. "That's for being such a jerk! You know I was only trying to help you throw a party." He said and started to bring out his claws.

Maddie nodded and looked down. "Y-You dont know how hard it is to try to be and act human everyday of your life." She said and then hugged her. "And it's not your fault, I should have told you way sooner." She told her.

Jay gasped in shock. "I never should have trusted you. Now I know. You're to shortsighted to see past the blood and fangs. I've got feelings, and do you know what? You walked in, forcing me to let you throw a party in my house, not even noticing that, guess what, I hate meeting new people because I get so nervous." His face hurt, and he was so angry his teeth slid out. Jay's eyes narrowed. "I see your claws, Larson. You want to kill me, because I'm a vampire. I'm no shifter, like you. I might kill someone on purpose. You think you're too good for me, don't you? You want me out of this world. You're scared of me." He scowled.

Serendipity felt tears forming in her eyes. She hated lying. She hated it so, so, so much. It was like forcing yourself away from the world, and telling others you were right there for them. It was wrong, and it felt so bad, she wanted to walk outside and yell her secret to everyone. But she couldn't-who knew what would happen? "You're so brave." She murmured. Maddie really was- she had trusted Serendipity, and was bold enough to come out with her secret. "I wish I was brave."

[Larson and Zoe]

Larson shook his head and threw his hands up in the air. "SOMEONE TOLD ME THE PARTY WAS HERE SO I TOLD EVERYONE ELSE!" He shouted at him. "THE ONLY REASON WHY I HAD YOU THROW THAT PARTY WAS SO THAT NO ONE WOULD ASK QUESTIONS!" He put his claws back in. "I don't wanna kill you, if you hadn't noticed, they come out when I'm angry."

Maddie frowned when she saw the tears. "H-Hey. What is wrong?" She asked and stated to wipe the tears out from Serendipity's eyes. "You can tell me."

Jay scowled. "Okay, well, I'm sorry if someone gave you the wrong address because I never planned a party in the first place! You're mad at me for making you throw a party? Well, you insisted in the first place! You wouldn't back down. You wouldn't let me call it off." He narrowed his eyes, his fangs sliding back into hiding. "Oh? Angry at me, because you hate me. Perfect. He grumbled sarcastically.

Serendipity shook her head. "I'm not like you, Maddie. I'm not strong enough." She murmured, hugging her friend.

[Larson and Zoe]

Larson looked at him and then realized taht he was the one being a jerk. "I'm sorry, alright. It was wrong and I should have let you call it off." He gulmped and sat down. "I dont wanna loose you as a friend."

Maddie hugged her and then rubbed her back. "Can you please tell me. I'm your friend and you can trust me." She told her and hugged her.

Jay sighed. "I'm sorry. I overreacted." He murmured. "I've just been so nervous… You're a shifter, Larson. People won't kill you on sight, like me." He added, looking down. "I don't like this curse."

Serendipity shook her head. "I'm sorry, Maddie. I wish it was this easy for me, but I'm just so scared." She murmured. "I know I can trust you, I just… I've never had to tell anyone and it's so scary."
