[Larson and Zoe]

Larson chuckled and then playfully punched him. "Your going to have yourself a girlfriend soon!" He then crossed his arms. "Do you think she is cute?" He listened to the question that he was asked before he said. "Not that I know of."

Maddie nodded slowly and suddenly she let her halo turn black on accidentally. "Thanks for saying that, but I'm honestly not so sure that he will." She said and looked down.

[Darkminnow]

Jay narrowed her eyes. "Sure, she's cute, but I'd much rather bite her than date her." He snapped. "She'd kill me if she found out I was a vampire- plus, she's-" He was about to say 'pure', but cut himself off. "Yeah. I've never liked anyone because I drink their blood before I get to know them. This is weird!"

Serendipity's eyes widened. "What the- your- wha…" She narrowed her eyes in bewilderedness. "Your halo- does it change colors or something, cause it's uh… black?" She tilted her head.

[Larson and Zoe]

Larson sighed and then looked over at Maddie. "She does seem a bit weird though." He then smiled before frowning. "And her halo is turning black." He said and went to walk over to them. "I wanna know where I can get one."

Maddie frowned suddenly and then bit her lip, so hard that it started to bleed. "Uhhh... Yeah it does." She then gasped a bit when she could taste her blood from her lip. "M-Maybe we should get going?"

[Darkminnow]

Jay's eyes widened as he scented blood. He backed away, hoping to get somewhere he couldn't- the temptation… Fresh blood… Jay dashed to his room and shut the door behind him, locking it. He crouched on the floor, nervous.

Serendipity tilted her head. "Get going? We only got here half an hour ago." She said, confused. "Are… are you okay?"

[Larson and Zoe]

Larson frowned an looked at Jay before he went to the door. "Jay, you have to calm down." He told him though the door. "Block the sent." He told him.

Maddie shook her head and then sighed. "I thought that I could do this." Dhe whispered and then made a dead run for the door.

[Darkminnow]

Jay leaned against the door. "Larson, I can't. It's just so hard. I can't… I don't want to bite anyone." He murmured miserably.

Serendipity frowned. She followed Maddie to the car and opened the door. "I'm sorry I brought you here. I thought it would be a fun way for us to connect and improve our friendship." She said, getting into her car.

[Larson and Zoe]

Larson sighed and then looked around. "Well your date just ran away from your party and I've hurt myself a ton around you and you have never attacked. Why so close to attacking her?"

Maddie got into the car and sighed. "Just let's get to my house. There is something I have to tell you there." She whispered and buried her face into her hands.

[Darkminnow]

Jay groaned. "I don't know her well, Larson! I can't control myself around her yet. I need to get to know her, and the scent of her blood." He snapped, opening the door.

Serendipity nodded, hoping she hadn't messed anything up. She pulled up directions on her phone to Maddie's house. It wasn't a long drive, and they were there soon. "Okay, we're here." She said, turning the car off and getting out.

[Larson and Zoe]

Larson nodded and looked at him. "Well you disnt hurt her, so its okay." He told him and then sighed. "I can also have everyone leave of I need to." He told him and tries to stay calm.

Maddie sighed and got out before she led her into the house after she unlocked the door. "Okay, I'm going to tell you this, only because I trust you. I'm not all human."

[Darkminnow]

Jay frowned. "Yeah, I guess you're right. But she left, didn't she?" He said. "We can't just make everyone leave… That's- I dunno. They'll all go home in an hour, or thirty minutes. I think it'll be fine…" He murmured.

Serendipity panicked. She wasn't scared of Maddie not being human… She was scared of Maddie getting mad at her. She couldn't say anything about being a shapeshifter- but what if Maddie found out after a long time and was mad because Serendipity hadn't told her the truth? Serendipity bit her lip. It wasn't lying, was it? If Maddie did ask her if she was human, she would answer truthfully- but it's not like Maddie would suspect that, right? Serendipity tilted her head, trying to act natural. "H-haha." She began. "That's a funny joke."
