Ricky paused in what he was doing. "Its what is best for you, Saige." He said so quietly she barely heard.

Circe smiled slightly but tucked her phone away, feeling left out. "Well at least they care. Im sure they will calm down once you explain what happened."

"We should get going." She muttered, but didnt pull away.

Saige went over to Ricky, slowly wrapping her arms around him. She closed her eyes, leaning against him

"They definitely won't. I certain it will only be worse once I explain." Kailor finished packing and threw her bag on her shoulders. "Ready?"

Kal nodded, but didn't pull away right away. He tenderly kissed the soft spot below her ear, and then slowly pulled away. She was right, they needed to go.

"Hey, dont get like that now. Im trying to protect you." He said as he gently made her let go of him. "Its not like you are going to be alone. Youll still have Circe and youll have Kal to take you out on more dates. Youll be fine."

Circe nodded and headed off to catch up with Alex since she had left her broom at his house.

June didnt look at him as she packed and left quickly without saying goodbye.

Kailor found Saige in the halls. "Come on. I can drop of off at your dorm."

Kal watched her go unhappily, wishing that he hadn't messed things up between them. Now June didn't like him. He was starting to wish that he had stayed in the maze, in the future the fox was showing him. Because it was better than what he was dealing with now.

Ricky watched her go sadly but knew he had stay strong. He didnt want her to get hurt and knew being with him would result in nothing but pain.

Jace got woken up by his phone ringing, circe calling him despite it being 2 in the morning

"What do you want?" he snapped, wanting to throw the phone across the room. He went into the bathroom so his roommate could try and fall back asleep. "I have a roommate, you know. You woke him up."

Circe's voice shook as she spoke and in the background he could hear the all too familiar sound of hospital machines beeping. "I know, Im sorry. I just... Look, I know you and Alex havent been getting along but he is really hurt and I thought you ought to know. We are at the hospital, room 3182, and the doctor doesnt know when he is going to wake up." She sniffed and wiped away ehr tears. "I just thought you should know. Im sorry for waking you."

Jace froze. "I'm coming over." He threw his shoes and jacket on and ran out of the dorms. A few moments later, he was at the hospital. He rushed over to Circe. "What happened?"

Circe was out in the hall and stopped Jace from just rushing into the room. Her face was red from tears but when she spoke she was oddly serious. "Jace, its going to be ok but you need to hear this and then immediately calm down from it, ok? It turns out that when we were at the club one of the interns where Alex's father works was there and saw you and him kiss at the table and then leave together. She mentioned something about how cute she thought Alex's boyfriend was to his father because she didnt know what he was like. He got mad and when Alex didnt come home for over a week he thought you and Alex ran off together or something sow hen we got to his house his dad just went nuts and attacked him. I... I panicked and didnt know what to do until it was all over. He..." She had to look away for a moment as she fought tears before continuing. "The doctors are hoping he wakes up soon but he isnt ok right now. The intern is here and sitting with him but please dont blame her. She didnt know this would happen. I... I know you are worried about him but its pretty bad and I dont know if you should see him like this."

Jace clenched his teeth, wanting to kill both the intern and his father. He shoved past Circe and went into the room, going over to Alex.
