Jeong Hui began to walk to the back door and carefully opened it as he listened to the older man speak. He was lucky that he had Matt with him not just because of the obvious reasons being his intelligence, sources, or his relationship with him, but also due to that fact that he held Matt in such a high regard. He admired the older man and always had; the tall man looked over his shoulder at the hacker with a smile, "I've never really said this you, but thank you." Charisma nodded in understanding as they walked and kept a lookout for any pay phones. He could spot something in the distance that could possibly be a payphone, "Look!'

Matt had opened the door for them to leave when he heard Charisma thank him. Matt felt himself flush slightly before letting out a simple smile, not used to being thanked or even appreciated. "It was understood even without you saying it. But thank you. It means a lot." Matt followed Charisma down the street, his hands in his pockets as he let out a sign. There was a faint breeze but he enjoyed it. He pulled his hand out to adjust his backpack when Charisma caught his attention. There was a pay phone up ahead, it wouldn't take long for him to get there and make the call. At that thought Matt ran his hand over the scar along his head, his mind starting to cloud with worry. He trusted who he was going to call but still, he knew he'd have to repay them. They didn't take favors lightly after last time. "Alright. I'll make a quick call and then we can head towards them. They aren't too far from this town if we are where I think we are." Matt made his way towards the phone booth, quickly giving Charisma sheepish smile before slipping into the booth and starting with the numbers.

The call rang twice before someone picked up. Matt felt relieved when they answered before he spoke. "Listen I need a favor Alex. It's simple. I just need two fake id's, one with the name Max Smith and the other with the name Jarred Roman." Matt felt himself start to swear as the person on the other line began to talk again. 'Matthew I should've known you'd come crawling back. Consider this done but i'm gonna need something in return. After last time you expect me to just do this for you? You broke the line of trust so you have to build it back. Come to my place when you're near. The id's will be done but I want something in return as I said before. You should know what it is.'

After that, the line went dead and Matt felt himself pale before he hung the phone up. He took a shaky breath before exiting the booth and running his hand along his scar again. "They..They're being made. We just have to get over there... I have one thing to do before we can get them but it can wait." Matt let out an unconvincing smile before slinging his arm over Charisma's shoulder and pulling him close.

Jeong Hui watched the older man as he contacted the person who would be able to make them fake IDs. He could by the body language that whoever Matt was calling wasn't a pleasant person. When the older man's face paled, Charisma stepped toward the older man, "Does he want something?" He felt himself being pulled closer to Matt and he had to resist the urge to bury his face in the shoulder of the other male. Jeong Hui glanced into the eyes of Wraith and sighed, "What's the problem? What does he want you to get him? Who is he?" This situation was risky and whoever Matt called must be dangerous, "They weren't hurt you, right?"

Matt shook his head at Charisma. "It's nothing. He wants a favor in return. Nothing major." Matt could feel Wraith wanting to come out, but he knew it wouldn't be fair to Charisma. Matt didn't respond when Charisma started to ask questions. He should tell him, he should, but something was stopping Matt. Matt didn't know if it was his complicated past with him or the fact that he didn't want Charisma to get hurt. "It's nothing. Let's just continue there. It won't take long of me to do what I need to do." Matt kept his gaze away from Charisma, unsure of how he would react to Wraith coming out. He bit the inside of his lip before sighing. It was going to be a long trip ahead of them.

Jeong Hui sighed and just took the information that Matt would give him, he knew better than to push the older man. He put a comforting hand on the other man’s shoulder, “Listen if you need me to do what I’m good at when we deal with them, I can. Both of my skill sets are at your disposal because I trust and believe in you, man.” He dropped his hand and started to walk again. Charisma understood that things were going to get more complicated as time went on because nothing in life was easy especially when you were on the run.

Matt felt his mood shift slightly when Charisma suggested helping but he shook his head. "I don't want you getting involved. It's better to let me handle it. I know him enough where I can get in and out without issue. I don't want you getting hurt." Matt kept his gaze ahead and let out a sigh. "How about we think about how to get there. It's about twenty miles north from here and then two west. It shouldn't take that long if we had a car, but we don't. We can either follow the road or take a chance and go through the forest."

Jeong Hui wanted to whine and argue, but he knew that Matt was right. He just wanted to help and be useful, often when they were in the Quiet Ones, he would be used to seduce a security guard or bash a few heads to knock them unconscious. His true skills had rarely been used and he felt the need to protect Matt with them, but he trusted Matt and kept quiet. He leaned forward and pressed a kiss to the older man’s cheek, “Let’s go by road.”

Matt nodded and felt himself flush when Charisma kissed his cheek. Matt tore his gaze away down to the sidewalk as they walked. He moved his hand and laced it with Charisma, trying to ease the tension at hand. He looked at the road ahead and let out a soft smirk. "Well we better get walking. It's going to take a little while to get there. We could always go to the train station that's about two miles up the road." Charisma at least thought there was a train station, last time he checked there was. Hopefully, it was still in order.

Jeong Hui tensed, the older man was acting strangely and it was making him uneasy. It felt like he was going to be walked right into a trap, but Matt would never do that to him... He glanced over at the other man shyly before quickly covering up his expression with a blank look, "I say let's try the train station if it's not running then, oh well we'll have to walk."

[I am so sorry about how late this is! It's the start of the new semester's and I got with a giant workload and was very overwhelmed.]

Matt nodded when Charisma spoke up. "Train station sounds smart, at least it will eliminate us having to travel an hour or two to get there. Rest our feet. I don't think we'll be spotted if we lay low." Matt squeezed Charisma's hand reassuringly before taking his phone out and opening it up. He still had his phone off any wifi and he had his phone blocked from any outside source. It was most likely okay to use it. He furrowed his brows before putting the phone away and looked ahead. "Maybe we should do something to pass time. Fancy some sort of game?"
