"Isn't it?" Luckyfeather said proudly, puffing out her chest and sitting up slightly.

"Not exactly conventional." Nimbletsar muttered, seating himself at one corner of the den and visibly shivering from a trace of wind that blew in. "... Though, I admit it is welcoming."

Chickenpoppy meanwhile was preparing a nest, bunching some saved mos from the side of the den into a nice circle, and gathering some of Henny's stray feathers and adding them to it. "Come sit down and rest! I can give you a little bit to relax and then we can check on your wound again!"
