"Mmm, what an interesting tidbit." he murmured softly, he he stroked Cedrick's ear and unlocked the door when he heard the others, "We shall keep that between ourselves for now." he told him.

Aryna smiled and headed into the office, she looked at the pair, "I don't think he needs help." she told him.

Cedrick pouted as others appeared before he could ask what his big reward was for telling Grai this information. He looked at Aryna and Zona.

Zona noticed Cedrick's eyes were normal coloured, meaning he wasn't even under a spell of the king's, interesting. He sent Aryna on ahead as he stayed back with the king. and Cedrick. "My liege, how are you controlling the elf?" He asked, curiously. He wondered if there was a new form of spell he had yet to hear about.

Grai looked at him and watched as Aryna laughed and left, heading back down.

The king looked at Cedrick before over at Zona, "It is called charm." he said as he smiled at him, "You just need to use some warmth and kindness." he said as he kept stroking Cedrick's ear.

"Oh come on, you're lying to me. You could not have him eating out of the palm of your hand like that without some sort of magic." Zona spoke as he approached, examining Cedrick as he sat there contently. He placed his hand against Cedrick's head, trying to take control of him as an experiment to see if he could overload Grai's spell.

Grai chuckled, he wasn't using any magic, he was just using what he knew would make Cedrick happy, and it didn't help he was cute. He looked over at Zona and watched him as he tried to work, he was curious to see how well that would work.

Cedrick's eyes went purple and Zona grinned. He had overpowered his spell. But he wondered if he could keep control over the elf pixie mix or if his spell would be immediately broken if Grai responded to him at all.

Grai chuckled, there was no spell to overcome after all, he rubbed Cedrick's ear gently, "Any more information on the knights I should know about?" he asked him,.

Cedrick immediately snapped out of Zona's spell when he was spoken to. He thought a moment. "I still haven't gotten my reward from telling you about Alek." He teased playfully.

"Interesting. It seems like he is under the strongest spell of all, a crush." Zona murmured as he thought. He was beginning to think about what could have caused his spell to fail on Alek.

He chuckled, "Well, good luck Zona, I am hoping you can crack him, I want information from him." he said, he was going to save the information about Alek's heart for later, breaking into the castle was no easy task.

Zona nodded and left the office to go down to see Alek and the other captives. He was going to crack this code.
