Alek woke at the sound of cedrick, he watched him go and got himself ready as well, he joined the king once more and stood by his side as he and Anora ate, watching them before looking out at the nobles.

Felix turned to Alek and Cedrick and spoke "Boys, there is no need to stand by our sides. We are not as foolish as the previous king and queen. You may sit at our table and eat if you desire." He told them with a smile, gesturing to the two open chairs for them.

Alek studied him, he slowly took his seat, "I will have to spare with Anora still, and see if she can be deemed worthy to be your guard." he said, Anora chuckled softly, "Well, I am sure I will surprise you."

Felix chuckled as he looked at Alek. "Anora is not my guard, Alek, she is my wife and my queen." He smiled as he glanced over at Anora with a happy kiss to her nose. Cedrick watched them both with a smile. It was odd to be fed at the same time as the king and queen but he did not eat, allowing them both to finish their meals first, just in case.

Anora chuckled softly and smiled at him, "And you know it." she teased, she kissed his cheek and looked over at Cedrick, "You can eat, I promise I do not bite." she teased as she ate her oen food happily.

Felix chuckled. "Happy wife is a a happy life." He told Alek with a smile. He turned back to Anora and gave her cheek another kiss. "Go ahead and eat, Alek. There are plenty of us at the table to defend." He told him, knowing he was on guard. He ate contently. Cedrick ate slowly and cautiously, not eating the meat as he was a vegetarian.

Alek huffed softly, "We shall see." he murmured as he began to eat carefully, he watched though, knowing with new royalty things could be tumultous, and they did not need a turn over of power so soon.

Cedrick gave Alek a small smile from across the table. He was happy that Alek was his own person now and did not need to give into the demands of anyone else. He really cared for his friend and wanted the best for him. He offered his meat off his plate to him since he was not going to eat it.

Alek looked at him, "Thank you." he said, giving him some of his vegetables, wanting to make sure he ate well. He would always take care of his friends, especially cedrick, especially if he wanted to be more.

Cedrick thanked him and ate what he was provided. After he ate he looked over at Anora. "Do you still require you to be your adviser, your majesties?" He asked them both curiously. Felix was chatting with someone so it was up to Anora to decide or to place Cedrick at a different job.
