Kira was a bit caught of guard by Jay's dark blush, but found it strangely alluring. The usually calm, laid back guardian was just so impossibly cute when he flustered like this. Kira's blush darkened even more as she smiled shyly up at Jay, her bright eyes holding an affectionate sparkle. " Hmm~" She hummed happily before pressing an innocent little kiss to his lips, " You are too cute for this world~"

" Yeah, Tak is doing great thanks to you, Clair-bear!" Haru said, smiling at her warmly, " He's prefectly happy and the last time I saw him, he was tickled pink to be walking around without his brace." With a soft chuckle, he gently pressed a kiss to Clair's head gently," Which I should thank you for~ I haven't seen Tak looking this happy in a while"

Jay just had his hot cheeks as he watched her carefully. Returning the little kiss to her lips and smiling brightly at her. "So are you~ so sweet and yet playfully rebellious"

Clair played with his hand and leaned into him happily. "Oh I'm so pleased he showed you his surprise." she said softly. Her eyes light and joyous. "I'm also glad you're happy with it. I may need to do another tweak but soon... Soon he will be perfect"

Kira gave a happy little hum as she pulled away from Jay just a bit so she could look up at his gorgeous eyes. Her cheeks were still the color of overripe strawberries, but she didn't bother to hide her blush from him anymore. " Me? Rebellious? Never!" She said innocently, though her eyes held a mischievous sparkle. Giving a bubbly giggle, Kira snuggled a little closer to Jay, comforted by his warmth and cozy embrace. She was too comfortable to even think about moving an inch, though a sudden knock on the door startled her slightly. " Hm?"


Haruka smiled as Clair played with his hand, his cheeks and ears feeling a bit warm. " Yeah! Of course I'm happy with it" He said with a nod, " As long as my family's happy, I'm happy" Haru couldn't resist giving Clair a light peck on the lips as her eyes shone brightly, his chest feeling warm and fuzzy. " You are an absolute angel, Clair-bear~" The dark-haired man chuckled softly, impishly scooping up Clair securely in his arms bridal-style, " I mean it, there's nobody on earth more perfect than you~"

Jay laughed fondly at her innocence. "You lie~" he hummed. He snuggled her close to him happily before hearing the knock. His eyes slowly moved to the door curiously. "Come in?"

Clair seemed relaxed by his happiness. "Well that's wonderful then!" she chimed and returned the peck with a blush to her cheeks. "An angel? Yeah that sounds about right" she giggled happily when scooped up. Wrapping her arms about his neck and nuzzling him. "Thank you. It's rather sweet words from you my love."

Kira smiled and blushed a little more as she heard Jay’s fond laugh. Feeling warm and fuzzy, she snuggled closer to him as he looked to the door. Tak looked up from his paper, but went back to reading once more as he saw that it was a nurse at the door.

The friendly nurse from the night before opened the door a bit, offering them a warm smile, “ Hello kiddoes” She said cheerily, “ How are you all doing, hm?” The young nurse stepped into the room, carrying a clipboard.

Haru beamed down at Clair as she wrapped her arms around him and giggled. “ You’re welcome, Clair-bear~” He said, smiling softly, kissing her face all over with an impish sparkle in his eyes. He absolutely loved the cute blush in her cheeks and the sound of her giggles- it never failed to make his heart race to see her looking happy like this.

Jay nuzzled her a few more times happily and then he just smiled over at the nurse. "Hiya" he hummed softly. "So far so good. I think that Akira is still weary and stuff...i feel better in general..though I may need to change the bandages"

Clair was at ease in his hold. Feeling indeed like a princess when carried in such a way. The kisses made her squeal in delight as she laughed happily. "Haaarrruuu!" she whined with a smile and snuggled into him. Finally fully being able to relaxed she just let her guard down. Her breathing was calm and her body almost limp. She was a bit mentally tired from having to worry over everyone but now that things seemed fine? She could relax.

" That's good news! I'm glad to hear my favorite patients are doing better" The nurse said cheerily, coming over to the side of the bed to check their vital signs as she chatted, " And I'd be glad to help you with changing the bandages. Your friend needs hers changed as well, I'm sure." With a thoughtful little hum, she made a few marks on her clip board before setting it on the bedside table and getting some medical supplies out of the cabinet. " I think if you two are feeling better, the doctors might decide to release you both early! Maybe even this afternoon?" The nurse said sunnily

Haru laughed warmly as Clair squealed his name, finding it strangely adorable. " I'm sorry, I can't help but be just a little mischevious" He teased with a merry sparkle in his eyes as he smiled down at her. Clair wasn't very hard to carry at all as he walked down the street with her. He rather liked carrying her like a princess like this, seeing at how pleased it seemed to make her. Happily, Haruka carried her all the way to their appartment and up to their living room before setting her down gently on the couch. " Home sweet home~" He chuckled softly, planting a kiss on Clair's forehead, " Now, let's see about getting you a warm bath and food, then cuddles on the couch, hm?"

Jay moved soc the nurse could get Akuras things figured out before himself. Even laying her down and moving away a bit so he could remove his shirt and get the bandages fixed up. "Oh? Leave this afternoon? That would be awesome!"

"Just a little?" she asked with a giggle and hum. Kissing his cheek fondly and snuggling into him happily. Feeling the couch and just the smell of home she melted. "Hoomeee! Yay~" she said and punched a lazy fist into the air and smiled. Leaning into his kiss with a smile. "Bath? Oh yes!! Yes yes yes bath! Bath and one of your shirts~" she said overly excited by such simple things and carefully moved and stood. A little wobbly from being carried but stretched out a bit. "I love youuuu"

Kira let him lay her down and move away a bit without protesting, though she still seemed hesitant to be too far away from Jay. As the nurse mentioned going home soon, Kira perked up happily, “ Really? We can leave this afternoon?”

“ Yep! If the doctor’s say it’s okay, of course.” The nurse gave a cheery nod, getting a roll of clean, white bandages and a pair of scissors. “Now, let’s get you fixed up young man, hm?”

“ I think that can be arranged” Haru chuckled warmly, wrapping an arm around her waist to help her stand. He found it strangely adorable how excited Clair was over something as simple as a warm bath and borrowing one of his shirts. “ I love you so much, Clair-bear~” He cooed happily, kissing her cheek, “ Come on, let’s get a bath drawn for you, hm~? With lots of bubbles and that stuff that smells like roses and vanilla.”

Jay still kept a hand on her to reassure her as he smiled rather happily. "Well this is very good news. Now let's hope Clair and Haru are alright and then we can end the day with a victory Hm?" he mused before nodding to the nurse and giving her a smile. "Yes~ fix me up pleaaassee"

She seemed to lean into his hold easily. Giggling and seeming much more content though maybe a smidge loopy from her excitement of being home. "Bubbles!! And I'm going to smell so good~" she cooed approvingly and took a few confident steps toward the bathroom to get the tub ready.
