"Heh, yeah, I guess so, eh?" Ironpelt replied quietly, still a little nervous about this whole thing , but trying his best not to let it show as he removed his jacket. Upon revealing his iron legs that were hidden underneath his winter garb, Avalon did a double take as she was stirring the stew pot that was cooking over the fire. "Oh my, um...I know it isn't really any of my business, but what happened to your legs, stranger?" She asked, quite curious to find out about this dog's unique features.

"Trust me, it's a long story." he said. Just then Ironpelt's ears picked up what sounded like several pairs of footsteps coming from the back of the cabin. "Oh great, just what we needed!" he thought as Nelly and her comrades stepped into the room. "Oh boy am I famished, I can hardly wait for..." Nelly cut her sentence short when her eyes rested upon Jade and Ironpaw sitting in the main den. "Oh, I didn't realize you were expecting some more company." Nelly said to Avalon, unable to recognize the two from last nights scrap. "Neither did I." Avalon replied, "But you're all just in time for dinner to be served, so you all may as well gather around the table."

As they all gathered around the table, Toby couldn't help but feel quite nervous, himself, instantly recognizing Nelly and the gang upon entering the room, he was certain that they would call him out at any moment. His nervous feelings subsided a bit after getting some of the hot stew into his stomach, the soothing heat warming him all throughout. "Maybe I can pull this off after all, as long as I don't do anything stupid." He thought.

Nelly let out an exhausted sigh upon taking a seat at the table. "Whew boy, nothing like being out hunting all day to work up an appetite." She picks up her spoon and scoops up some of the piping hot stew, blowing on it a bit to cool it off before slurping it down. "So, strangers, what brings you all through here?" "Really, do we have to answer that again?" Toby thought, but realized he had to come up with something, and fast. "Uh it's....family, yeah, that's it, we were off to meet some family over these..uh..mountains." He said, his voice slightly shaky. "Hey, lad, you ok? You seem kind of spooked." Nelly said, unable to help but notice Toby's distressed tone of voice. "Oh..um, I-I'm fine, really!" Toby replied, then turned his attention to something else to attempt to settle his nerves a bit.
