prim looked down. “how was meeting the neighbors?” her mother asked, and prim looked over to landon. “well it was pretty strange but it paid off in the end.”

landon listened as prim's mother spoke, nodding his head and stretching his shoulders back. "i should go help mom with lillie, then. she can be a pain to get ready." he announced, pushing off the wall. "see you, soon." landon murmured, hesitating before lightly pressing a kiss onto prim's cheek and exiting the house, moving over to his.

prim watched as he left. “so i guess we wont need the pasta?” she asked, and her mother shook her head. “i ordered pizza.” prim poured out the water and put the sauce back in the dish, walking upstairs to get dressed in a light pink top with a skirt.

landon helped his mother get lillie dressed, the little girl being a bit fussy because she had just woken up from her nap. nathaniel changed into something "nicer" as his mother put it, seeing as he was originally just wearing sweats. he had nearly finished unpacking his room, he just needed to set up a few more things. eventually, it was time to head over, landon leading his family to prim's house.

primrose was waiting by the door, as her mother told her to greet people. as landon entered, she kissed his cheek, and smiled at lillie and gave a small wave. she saw ellie, carrying oliver, and she smiled. “hey ollie!” she greeted, she the boy smiled and greeted her back.

landon stood aside by prim, letting his mother and lillie go off to greet the other parents. as eleanor arrived with ollie, nathaniel followed. he waited for his mother and brother to go in before entering as well, hesitantly dipping his head to the other two, relaxing a bit when he noticed landon didn't seem very angry anymore.
