Rhys opens his mouth to reply, when suddenly Jack is by his side and Jesus he wasn't expecting him to come back that fast. Rhys stumbles a bit, then lets out a laugh. "Yeah, okay. That sounds good." He looks over at Buddy. "He'll need to stay with you, Z. I don't trust anyone else with him." He states as he heads for the door, glancing back at Jack. Walking without him felt like he was leaving the oven on, but he knows Jack will follow so he opens the door and begins down the hallway. People are already getting back to work, as if they never left. Rhys can't help but sigh as he heads for the board room. His board members were already waiting, though they probably wouldn't speak much during the meeting. Hyperion intimidated them. So, to Rhys, he was alone. But I'm not alone, Rhys tells himself as he opens the meeting room door. It was empty, except for his own members, showing that Hyperion was to arrive at any time. "This will go fine. We're just... We're just gonna discuss regular stuff. Super... Regular stuff." He says, and the collection of members collectively sigh. He sits down at the end of the table. One half is for Hyperion, the other for Atlas. He can't help but feel the same way the others look.

Zero nodded as he stayed with buddy. The beast more content with sleeping then going after Rhys thankfully.

"Surprised to see me so quickly Cupcake. I'm more familiar with the systems this time Rhys." He stated, standing there for a few more moments before following him out the door. The other employees can't see or hear him, only rhys could. It felt weird, but he pushed it aside for now. Entering the board room and looking around before just going to lean against the wall beside the door, he snorted a bit. "Geeze, with that collective sigh, i'm actually /worried/ that you are seriously dressed for the downfall of your own company." He chided with a slight chuckle and shake of his head.

Moments after Rhys had sat down was when the Hyperion members arrived. However, all but one seat (the middle/one across from Rhys) is filled and Jack raises a brow, pushing off he wall to walk behind the members, see what he can of them. "Wow, this is really sad. None of them have any type of defense or offense. No guns, no weapons at all, no shields! Nothing! And where the heck is timothy! My tracker says he should be here!" Jack seems utterly baffled, at least until the door opens again and in steps said Man/Double. "Alright, Whooo. Sorry about that, got lost for a minute. Should really put in a directory for others since your company obviously has no guidelines and has a huge open door policy, just let any non-authorized person go where ever." He chided in a snarky/sarcastic manner a he fixed his hair before moving to take his seat.
Jack's somewhat glaring at Timothy as he gives him a once over before tensing a bit. "Umm... Rhysie, cupcake. I've got a problem here. I'm not getting anything off of him. Like, my scanners don't even show he's /here/" Jack stated with a nervous chuckle.

Rhys keeps his eyes trained on the Hyperion members as they file into the room, beginning to lean back as Jack tells him they have no weapons or shields. His eyebrows raise when there's a few beats of silence, except for Jack's voice, and then Timothy is last to enter the room. Now paying more attention, Rhys watches with narrowed eyes as Timothy sits down. He immediately lets out a low laugh upon hearing his words, putting his hands together. "You, kind sir, are welcome any time around Atlas." He says sweetly, spreading his hands, though there's an incredible amount of venom in there Rhys didn't know he even had. His eyes leave Timothy to search for a familiar face, and his expression nearly falters when he can't find who he's looking for. His eyes go back to Timothy, he continues to speak. "But I wasn't expecting you to be here, Mr. Lawrence. I would've accommodated to you; we had a gift basket for Blake, but I'm assuming he won't be controlling Hyperion any longer with your presence. Care to tell me why?" He tilts his head towards Jack while asking, obviously a question directed towards both of them; where was Blake, and why was Jack running into performance issues already?

Timothy smirks in amusement at the venom, leaning back in his seat with a chuckle. "And if you ever wish to remonise on your past, you're always welcome back to hyperion." He stated as if that wasn't such a big deal. When he heard 'blake' his grin faded into a smile, one that was eerily calm/peaceful but still seemed to have malicious intent as he pulled a pocket watch from his pocket and looked it over idly. "Ooh Blake? Time just... seemed to catch up to him is all. He was [u]running[u] pretty late already and i was already on the planet. So. How about instead we just take this time and you can catch me up on the business deal that was happening huh?" He stated in a rather calm tone of voice as he clicked the watch open, looked it over before closing it and tucking it away before he leaned forward against the table, setting his hands on it.

"I don't know, my sensors register him as just, a void. Like theres nothing there. So either he's some kind of hologram as well with a magnetic field to repel my scans, or somethings going wrong here." Jack crosses his arms at his chest, tapping his foot heavily before rubbing his temples for a moment as he listened to timothy speak and heard the familiar sounds of a pocket watch. Oh boy. "Oh boy. Oh boy. Yeah um... Rhys, this sounds all to familiar. That kind of how he got to power. Choked out Harold Tassiter with the chain of the pocket watch." He mumbled, pacing quite a bit.

Rhys can't help but feel a little bit of unease when Jack explains what Timothy is hinting at, and finally breaks his stare at Timothy to look over at the AI. The amount of anxiety Jack is feeling only makes Rhys' worse. It was like they were enabling each other's emotions. "The business deal is something we've been discussing for quite some time." Rhys says, his attention zoning back to Timothy before everyone in the room noticed his eyes trained on a moving object, invisible to everyone except him. He begins to speak. "It's no secret that Hyperion has been struggling with your biggest base of operations down. I'm sure you have other bases, but you've really resorted to some questionable tactics of getting back on top of the market." He spreads his hands, leaning back as he continues. "As stated in earlier meetings, Hyperion doesn't have to take the loss of Helios alone. Atlas can help support Hyperion as you rebuild, and you can help Atlas as we, well, regrow. We surely won't have any trouble with it, anyways. Cassius, if you will."

Cassius, a few seats away from Rhys, nods to him and turns on a holographic display that appears in the center of the table. It shows displays of their technology and what they'd been developing, the designs transparent to see the entire schematics; inside and out. it rotates as Rhys spins it slowly, confident as he continues. "As you can see, Atlas technology has advanced since the last time you've seen it. Atlas was always known for creating Godly weapons, and now we're coming back with more than that. More shields than before," He swipes on the projector, "Bots. Grenades. You name it and we'll have it, and it'll be much more than what everyone expects." His eyes travel back to Timothy, and with a simple hand movement, he closes the projection. "What is happening in this meeting is not only an opportunity for Atlas to expand, but for Hyperion to regain their losses."

Timothy clasps his hands together as he watches and listens quite easily. He takes in the schemetics before him, raises a brow, notes a few interesting details before its gone then focusing back in on Rhys as he sits back a bit, setting his intertwined fingers/fists on the desk. "We could also technically take legal actions. Seeing as ya know, you destroyed Helios, a hyperion base, crash landed it onto a planet and killed a couple thousand loyal employees. So, Property damage, trespassing, stealing, manslaughter. This is billions upon billions of dollars that would utterly obliterate Atlas. Taking away all funds not to mention ruining credibility." He states rather easily, a few of the hyperion mumbling to each other, obviously in agreement and pleased with the possibility of just completely getting ride of Atlas/Rhys.

"However. You are right. Hyperion has suffered quite a loss. With Helios gone, a lot of our supplies are ruined as well, not to mention productivity is way down. And with the Eye of helios gone, we are having issues in keeping some bases. So getting support would be greatly needed. Not to mention Hyperion still has its hands in quite a few of the markets, and with Atlas helping rebuild, then we at hyperion could offer to put the word out and help boost Atlas' growth. Theres so many routes we could go here. So i can't make a decision right away as you can see. Thought i do have a question." Timothy spoke making a few gestures here and there as he spoke before sitting back completely, bringing his hands off the table so to tap two fingers together infront of himself.

He set his hands down in his lap now before bringing them back up onto the table to point at Rhys. "You became extremely tense for a moment and you suddenly looked to the side. Not to mention your earlier head gesture, like you were motioning to something without your hands. So, you seem extremely distracted rather suddenly. Is something bothering you? Taking your attention away from this meeting CEO Rhys?" He asked, smirking greatly, the questions making jack freeze drastically.

"That was on me, not Atlas." Rhys says almost instantly. When that went down, Rhys hadn't even realized he'd be walking away from the Helios ruins with the claims to Atlas. It was something he just stumbled upon after remembering Jack mentioning it a few times. "You can take me down, sure you can, though what have you been doing these past few days? Stealing Atlas property and using it — no, actually. Using people as property, and using an animal as a weapon. Taking them forcefully, so both stealing and kidnapping from you. What else? Attempted murder?" He laughs. "Normally, I'd be terrified. Sure, we've both done terrible things. But on a planet such as this, where there is no stable legal system, and instead bandit gangs and rampant psychos? I mean... Wasn't Hyperion attempting to fix that about Pandora, not make them worse? Because of this, I'm sure your legal actions won't be more than empty threats, Mr. Lawrence. Forgive me for that." He leans forward, chin resting on his flesh hand. Looking almost bored until Timothy continues on about mentions of becoming distracted. His mouth purses into a fine line as his board members begin to look at each other.

He takes a breath, removing his flesh hand from underneath his chin. "My apologizes, Mr. Lawrence. As you can see, we have cameras in this room." He points to the cameras located in every top corner of the room, and looks back at Timothy. "My guards will watch from outside, and wait for my signal to stand down. With what's been going on the past few days, you can never be too sure; that might have caused some unnecessary, well, tension from me. I'm sure you understand."

"Oh absolutely. I can understand that. Its why we took are own precaustions. If less then seven members of the board, which is all of us, walk out. Your entire base goes up in flames. With everyone in it. You see, Yvette was very helpful. Quite a shame she's dead now but. Either way. We had her plant some very heavy duty explosives before hand. So i guess this is a stale mate really. We each have a gun pointed at each other pretty much. So how about we actually put the threats away and talk business yeah?" Timothy answered with a slight chuckle before sitting back easily.

"HAHA! I think i got around what ever the heck this is. Its some kind of very short jamming field, almost like a shield. I just need to switch frequencies and...." Jack trails off, mumbling to himself as he works on his own interface before grinning. "There we go, lets get a good look at you. Lets see, he's got a shield with both reflection and absorption. He's got two pistols, he's got his own holo disk for those digital clones. Rhys he's completely Decked out pretty much, he's prepared. He's even got an incendiary grenade on his belt. And... Hold up." Jack mumbled, brows furrowing as he honed in on something on his interface.

Rhys' breath nearly catches in his throat, and he's sure Jack can feel the wave of emotions that he just processed. Grievance, anger and guilt all mixed together and it felt like it was burning Rhys' throat. Yvette worked with Timothy herself, fully aware that it could get Rhys and everyone else killed. She was ready to kill countless employees just to get her money. And Rhys had considered her family. "Well, this only makes things a little more interesting, doesn't it?" An emotionless laughs echoes around the room as Rhys leans back. "Mr. Lawrence, we have no intentions to kill you. Though you may think differently from our earlier encounters, which I can't blame you for, Atlas would benefit from the help of Hyperion. And if you choose to reject the business offer and instead take legal action... Go right ahead. I won't stop you at all, Mr. Lawrence. I just want you to know,"

As he begins to lean forward, he stands and leans down on the table. Both of his hands placed firmly on the table, leaning halfway, he stares at Timothy. "I'm incredibly hard to kill. You know, for a while I thought that maybe that's just my luck; but it goes much further than that." He shakes his head, smiling coldy. "Whatever you decide, I'm sure it'll be in Hyperion's best interests. But if you decide a war with Atlas is the way to go,iIt won't end well. And sure, maybe it won't be me it's not ending well for... But I'll take down everything you've worked for with me. If I'm dying, I'm going down with every single damn Hyperion member I can find. You do not come into my facility, make my own people betray me, try to destroy the only family I have ever had, or threaten me in my base of operations and get away with it. That's not a threat, Mr. Lawrence. That is a promise."

Timothy just leans back with a soft chuckle at Rhys actions. "Wasn't that something you told Vaughn and Yvette before you brought down helios? You know whats funny, was she only complied because we threatened you and Vaughn and all those children of helios. She planted the bomb and tried getting that AI for us to protect you. So i'll promise you this. While i'm agreeing and willing to sign a deal to help you out in exchange for you helping us. Don't think that since Pandora has no real legal system and all, and thus nothing to really stop us we wont still try to take over. Especially after your little attempt to breach our systems a few days back and an interesting bit of rogue code is found and can be modified and used to track a certain piece of stolen hyperion tech. So thats another thing. We wont our AI back Rhys.." Timothy stated, a much larger smile on his lips as he remained calm and collected at the moment while watching Rhys.

Jack froze greatly at this, grasping his right arm ever so faintly. He had still been refusing to tell Rhys about that, but he secrets out now. And timothy knows that he's still around, fantastic.
