Rhys switches his stun-baton for his gun, shifting it in his hands nervously as he stands at the door. He can hear the faint voice of Timothy, though he's not too sure what it is. Finally getting the courage, Rhys opens the door and his gun is immediately being pointed at Timothy, eye narrowed. Quick, think of a cool one-liner! "You made a really big mistake screwing with my family." He says, and takes a few steps forward. "Release both Warrior and Jack, now preferably, before I kill you. Or else I'll be sure to make it painful."

Timothy smirks, arms loosely crossed at his chest as he shakes his head, chuckling a bit. "And i thought you were smart enough to be an actual danger. Coming in here alone. Three against one there company boy." Timothy smirks and snaps his fingers before pointing at Rhys, the two digi-constructs moving in quickly, the blue one moving in to quickly restrain rhys while the red one went to get the gun out of Rhys hands as Timothy chuckles a bit more.

Rhys' training is being put to good use, he tells himself as he ducks from the digi-Jack moving to disarm him. His back curves in, trying to get out of reach from the other trying to restrain him and he stumbles back. Oh, screw it. He thinks before switching back to his stun-baton, eyebrows furrowing. He throws Timothy a glare. "You think your pets can get me? Yeah, well, I train with Vault Hunters. Vault Hunters who've killed guys who talk and act exactly like you." He says, and moves back again. Though his words were full of both venom and confidence, Rhys' heart was beginning to race. Axton and Zer0 were going to leave him here. Vasquez was right; as soon as there's trouble, they were going to dip. Not like this.

Timothy chuckles quite a bit. "And i've dealt with a vault myself. Worked with Athena and a homicidal robot virus. You? You're nothing compared to the kraggles on the moon. You know what. How about this." He chuckled, raising a hand into the air, Buddy copied, lifting a paw into the air, talons spread out before timothy brought it down, like he was smashing something. Buddy copied with a bellowed cry of sorts, paw slamming down ontop of Rhys. Thought their spread apart talons made it so they didn't immediately crush Rhys. "You really didn't think Hyperion didn't think about this over sized beast turning against us for you! There was a plan for that too, its not that hard to build an over size obedience collar like Jack used on Lilith! You're beasts ours now Company boy!" Timothy chuckled darkly.

Rhys tries to dive — he really does. But his slow reaction times get the best of him and he’s knocked flat onto his back, a gigantic paw coming down onto his chest. He lets out a scream as he’s quite sure he feels a few ribs cracking, and begins slamming his fist on the paw. “Their name is Buddy, and they’re not a beast!” He shouts, though his voice is very quickly losing volume and he seems to be running out of breath. “Come on, come on, Buddy! You know — you know it’s me. You know it’s just — it’s just Rhys. You can fight — you can fight him! Come on!” His chest is beginning to hurt and he feels tears brimming in the corners of his eyes, trying desperately to get out from underneath Buddy’s paw but nothing seems to work.

Timothy chuckled even more, amused but lifted his hand, making Buddy raise their paw. "See, It doesn't listen to you anymore. The warriors Hyperion property. Always has been, always will be. Same with the AI. You lose Rhys, and now you get to-" "H-H-How bout N'aw? T-T-Thanks for th-th-the info. N-N-Now to ruin that." Jack's voice glitches quite a bit, projection unstable even as the AI flips open an interface, smirks more and taps the second to last option on it. Terminate.

Jack's visibly glitching more, but Buddy's also chuffing and grunting, head shaking about, the obediance collar sparking and fritzing out, making Timothy whip around as Buddy shrieks and fires off a blast, burning and melting a large hole through it as Jack smirks and salutes. "Later kids." Jack states before the projection appeared to shatter.

"Termination complete, all lines of code destroyed. Get Recked Hyperion."
With that, the golden Echo eye sparked and let out a soft plume of smoke, destroying itself as well.

A loud roar, a bright blast of light. Axton and Zero's argument has stopped to look at the dome to see the photon blast from Buddy having burned and melted a giant hole in the dome. The two are quick to rush over, Axton throws his turrets down, mag-locks getting them in place and firing off to destroy the two in range digi-clones while Zero uses the turrents shields to bounce off and get to the ground, then rush to Rhys while buddy appears to be throwing a fit, stomping and jumping and shrieking.

Rhys feels the pressure lifted and immediately gasps, causing himself to go into a coughing fit. Through the coughs, though, he manages to shout Jack's name when he sees him select terminate. Terminate. Right. What does... What does terminate do, exactly? Rhys' mind is trying to catch up with everything that's happening but it's all too fast, and suddenly Jack is saluting before shattering and Buddy is shrieking. Rhys can feel himself getting overwhelmed by everything, as Zer0 and Axton are suddenly here. He's sitting up now, not even sure when that happened but there's a sharp pain in his chest and he feels like he may have broken a few ribs. His head is throbbing and he looks around the room, trying to search for any sign of Jack.

But nothing. His heart drops, and he barely notices Zer0 rushing over to him. "It's the collar. The collar is controlling, controlling Buddy. Jack he... He destroyed it. He destroyed the collar." He's glancing down at his pocket, the echo eye smoking and he feels a much larger lump in his throat than before. No, wait, this can't be happening. This isn't fair. They were all supposed to get out together, not in pieces.

He's forcing himself to his feet now, even though his entire body is screaming in pain and telling himself to get back onto the ground. Being thrown onto the ground was one thing, being smacked extremely hard by a Vault Beast twenty times his size was even worse. "We have to calm down Buddy."

"You're hurt." Zero stated, quick to move over and help support Rhys, pulling him back and away from the beast that was throwing their fit. Thought Zero's noticing that with buddy extending so much energy in their fit, they're getting smaller. Timothy has since taken the beasts freak out practically to escape, also tossing aside the holo-disk that once held the AI aside and Axton is just making sure buddy stays out of range of the turrets until buddy could finally settle down.

"Stop! Just stop, alright?! I'm fine! I'm fine! We need to worry about Buddy and Jack!" Rhys lashes out, though he doesn't need to. He pushes himself away from Zer0 and staggers towards where Timothy threw the holo-disk, trying to stay away from Buddy while the beast threw its fit. Zer0 and Axton, bursting in last minute so they can save Rhys. Rhys, who's apparently ever so helpless and can't make his own decisions. Rhys, the idiot who let Timothy Lawrence take his vault beast and turn it into a weapon. Rhys, the idiot with two broken rips that he's quite sure if he keeps moving will eventually puncture his lung. He collapses onto his knees, picking up the disk and tilting it over. "damn it." He chokes out, face burning up again. Not again.

Zero moves to Rhys again despite being pushed around, he kneels next to Rhys, only looking up when Buddy's shrieking got quiet and saw Axton kneeling next to the now much smaller beast. Buddy had completely worn themselves out now and Axton was just ensuring that buddy wasn't further injured while Zero pulled one of the spare medipack's out so to inject Rhys in the side so the medipack can at least reduce the risk of Rhys' ribs puncturing his lungs.
