Curii held the cups firmly with a determined look on her face. Determined to keep the cups from spilling.. what a strange girl. Half the bus ride she got some weird comedic streak where she started saying a bunch of clever but dumb puns, like how she pointed to the boxes and said, "Ren, you really shouldn't box up your emotions like that" , suppose she was just trying to give him something to wrap his mind around, or she just watched too much comedy this morning. Either way it went she was being the Sans of this bus

The first half of the bus ride had been quiet, until... the puns began. It had been out of the blue. He hadn't seen it coming at all. When she pointed at the boxes, Ren gave her a confused look. But then she stated her pun, and Ren could only give her a blank stare. He was mentally smacking his forehead. It was so stupid and cheesy, yet it was also kind of funny. Even though it was a silly joke, it held some truth in it.

"Aw come on" she pushed her glasses up the bridge of her nose, "Even creeps can have a sense of humor" did she just call herself a creep? Suppose it wasn't a bad term if you willingly gave it to yourself as if it was an average thing of the day. "Now I know puns aren't the best of humor but it seems like the cleanest I can do. Everything else is holocaust jokes and whatnot" she stopped telling offensive jokes when people got mad and stopped being her friends

Ren continued to stare at her, showing no reaction to anything she said. He was still recovering from that pun she made. After a few more seconds of him just staring at her, he finally turned away. "Creep?" Was she referring to herself as a creep? He didnt think she was a creep at all. That small statement about "creeps" having a sense of humor too was the only thing he really heard. After that pun, he had tuned everything out while he had been having his one-sided staring contest.

(ty :3 My mood is greatly improved today because I just got word from the manager of a local Dunkin Donuts that they want to interview me *finally i'll have a job again* I'm frankly sick of wasting my life lazing around in my bed all day. Being broke is also not fun :'3 )

"Ah, hey. Don't worry I'm out of puns for now" she hoped she didn't push him off with something she was meaning to use to make him laugh. Not everyone liked puns, in fact some people found them excessively annoying. They were almost at their stop so she was readying herself to get up carefully, if she spilled the coffee it would surely land on somebody and it was still piping hot so it could cause some damage (flex tape, that's a lot of damage [I couldn't help myself] )

It wasn't that he didn't like puns, or that he didn't find them funny, he just didn't laugh much. He bottled it up and kept it to himself. He can't remember the last times he's actually laughed out loud. Once the bus finally got to the school grounds, Ren got off with Curii. As they walked up to the beginning of the path that lead up the mountain, Ren glanced over at Curii. "You ready?" He asked while nodding at the trail in front of them. He would offer to take the drinks, but along with the boxes, he had a higher chance of spilling the coffee. And he didn't want her to have to carry the boxes either.

(Thank you, it seems like it will be a nice place to work uwu just hopefully they don't pit me on drive thru constantly, I've had some bad experience with that *sometimes a bit traumatic* )

Curii nodded, "yep! I'm ready" she was more than ready to see their teacher smile wider than he already does, it was such a pleasant thought! The mountain didn't seem so big to her right now as she took a sip from her own coffee as if she was about to just get a major energy boost from it. She started to walk along side Ren, hoping the boxes weren't heavy, but why would they be? it was just two boxes holding 6 pastries each. Korosensei was probably going to polish them off within just a few minutes of having them, probably even share with the class as best as he could.. Then again now that Curii thought about it, she almost didn't want that. There wasn't nearly enough for everyone! 12 pastries among 20 something students.. that would be a pain in the rear to do, and then he'd be left with almost nothing. "Ick" she cringed to herself.

They started heading up the hill to the beloved E-class building. The boxes weren't heavy at all, and he carried them with ease as he walked up the path. After walking up and down the mountain every day for school, he was used to the long hike and the burn in his legs. When he had first had to walk up to class on his first day, it took him at least an hour to get up the mountain (he had taken like twenty minute breaks, so half of the time he was just sitting down on a rock). Then you also had to add in the training with Karasuma. With a single glance at Ren, one would never guess that he was as lazy as he was. Ren noticed Curii making a face next to him, but he didn't question her about it. Soon enough they could see the building between the trees.

(I understand that perfectly. I would get a job like that but, most places around here want you to have all these big amounts of experience and years in college, only the fast food chains are easy to accept you around here My first job was at a Hardee's which was a mistake, then Baskin Robbins, which was an even bigger mistake! I hope and pray to God that Dunkin Donuts will treat me a liiiil bit more nicely than the other two [I just noticed I talk about myself a lot I'm sorry ;-; ] )

"Almost there, Class is probably about to start" She nodded to the building with a smile before trekking on over and attempting to open the door with a few fingers, "come on.." she wasn't exactly succeeding. After a few moments of trying, she decided to just set he cups aside for a moment to open the door. She didn't want to have Ren do it with those boxes in his arms. When they walked in, everyone seemed active, some chitter chatter, probably about Valentines day. She did overhear something about chocolates and a boy somebody liked.

// it's all good! ^^ the places i want to work are far from where i live - and so driving to and back from there every day would take up a lot of gas. id be earning no money at all! c': i suppose if i worked in fast food i could just make the food behind the scenes? idk but i if i did, i would try my best not to get the orders wrong! //

The time it had taken for them to walk to the bus stop from the cafe, ride the bus to the school grounds, and then hike up the mountain had taken up a lot of time. Class would start in five minutes! As they walked in, Ren noticed that everyone had gotten there before them - even the people who were usually late were sitting down ready for class to begin. He caught bits of people's conversations as he walked past them. They were all discussing Valentine's Day. How soon was it? He didn't even know what the date was. He could feel the stares of a few people as they noticed the boxes. Too bad, it wasn't for them. It was up to Korosensei to decide whether or not he wanted to share.
