Magnus shook his head and took another step towards her, not caring that his defenses were down and he was now in striking distance of her. "Im not angry at you. I have bigger issues and the things you have done were done to the sky people, not me." He watched her uneasiness, trying to guess as to what she was thinking. He forced a small smirk and tried to catch her eye in an attempt to help her relax. "Do you remember when we were little and there was that panther that kept stealing the food but no one could catch? I think it was the day before we even began training but you and mikah fir some reason thought it was a good idea to try to catch it to impress the teacher. I remember following you guys in the middle of the night out into the forest only for all of us to get stuck in pit trap the actual hunters had made to catch it."

Dash watched her horrified, not even bothering to worry about the knife as he watched her. The warrior smirked and gestured for her to be released onve sge gad swallowed. "Good, now run along home. Oh, and to ensure you dont follow us..." Without warning he slashed the knige across, dash's stomach causibg him to drop to the ground in pain as he held the bleeding wound. The warriors turned and left in silence.

Liah watched him, self-consciously taking a step back when he moved closer. She was relieved that he didn't hate her, but wasn't sure why, even though he explained. It had seemed like he did. She tipped her head slightly, wondering why he was bringing it up. "We thought we would be able to catch it. It seemed like we could. Siaren (OOC: Her older, deceased, sister) chose to stay behind, not believing that we could do it. It was humiliating to get caught in the trap. Mikah was trying so hard to impress his parents, too."

Caia dropped the bottle on the ground is disgust. What was going to happen to her? "Dash." She rushed over to him, helping him up. "We need to get to Liah's camp. Hopefully they actually left and won't be following us. No one at our camp will be able to help you." She began to help him walk as they made their way to Liah's village.

Dash whimpered in pain with each step but clung to her as he fought hard to support his own weight. "We need to stay contained and away from people as much as possible." He gasped out as he continued to try to apply pressure to his wound.

Magnus couldnt help but smile as he watched embarrassment at the memory flood her. "I think your plan worked though. The entire villiage seemed impressed with the bravery it took for three kids to run off into the forest. I was going to be trained to be a builder like tge rest of my family but after that they changed me to be a guard and everyone finally saw in you two what i always have seen. They all knew you would one day be ruler and he would rule beside you." He paused to allow what he said to settle before continueibg on in a more serious tone. "I would follow you two anywhere Liah. I am sorry that i have made choices that have hurt you but having me locked away isnt going to make you or the people feel any better. My crimes deserve death or at the very least my banishment to be enforced again. Please, do something with me. I dont care if you put me in chains and have me work in the fields where no one will even be near me but do not keep me locked up where my being alive will only cause durther pain to our people. They deserve better than that. You deserve better than that. You are a wise leader, dont let me ruin that."

"Why?" She continued to help him, trying to take as much of his weight as she could so it wouldn't hurt him as much.

Liah shrugged, looking away for a moment. "I had been planning on being a healer. The attack on our village was what changed my mind." She bit her lip, looking up at him again. "I do not know what to do with you. I do not want you to feel like you are a slave." She bit her lip and sighed. "I will give you work, if that is what you want. But..." She looked away, them eventually back at him. She was about to say something else, then stopped, biting her lip and looking away.

"Because whatever they gave you is probably going to make you hurt whoever is near you." He glanced at her worriedly but forced himself to focus on his steps as they entered the village.

Magnus watched her quietly, confused by her actions. "I will do whatever you feel is best, Liah."

"Right. Makes sense. Okay, once I get you to Liah's village, I will leave. I really don't want to hurt anyone." She helped him into the village, worried about him.

"I will only give you one guard. It is not so much to keep you from hurting anyone, but to keep an eye on you and for them to tell me how you are doing. It can be whoever you want, as long as it is a guard." Definitely not Kaylana. She wasn't a guard. "You will be working in the farms for the moment. They could use some help there, I think." She glanced at the door, where her people were still trying to get in. But they had made the door strong so that enemies on the outside could not get in. It would take a while yet for them to break through.

Dash shook his head. "If its an illness im already exposed. If its what happened to magnus ill be ok." He allowed a guard to take them to the hut magnus was originally in, explaining quickly what happened so people would stay away.

Magnus rubbed his nose to disguise a laugh at the door situation before nodding at her order. "As you wish." He turned and opebed the door, smirking as tge people slamming against tge door fell to tge ground. He cast one last glance at liah before heading off to the fields.

"Pick who you want as your guard before you go," she called. "And let me know who it is." She walked out of the hut, watching Magnus as he left.

Caia helped him to sit down, and then she crouched down in front of him, looking at his wound worriedly. The guard stayed with them while another went to get Liah.

Magnus snapped at jesse to follow, not even pausing as he walked.

Dash offered her a reassuring smile as a medic bustled in and began work. A blush quickly covered him as he was forced to remove his shirt, immediately losing his ability to make eye contact.

Jesse rolled his eyes, and followed behind him. He glanced at the girl, Kaylana as he went, wondering if she was planning on coming.

Caia laughed, and smirked at him. "You blush a lot. I wouldn't worry, though. It's endearing," which only made him blush more.
