Azuna smirked at her reaction. "It could be dangerous. We will be meeting with the grounders."

Dash laughed, having learned by now that the grounders all genuinely like him.

Piper continued to hold his hand as the artist worked while she admired her new tattoo on her leg.

"I'm in. I don't want to be here." Caia crossed her arms, looking at her.

Caius got up once it was done, pulling his top back on. "Do you hit on everyone, Dash?" he teased. "Even Liah?" He kissed Piper's forehead briefly, giving her a smile.

Azuna looked at her worried. "Caia, i know it wasnt what we expected but this is home now. We need to get used to it. Things will work out." She was beginning to reconsider inviting her along, worried that she might defect to tbe grounders during the meeting.

Dash looked over at him and nodded. "Ya, but im rarely serious. I mean, honestly, most if my realtionships i end up in by accident. Im only serious when i actually ask you out."

Magnus raised an eyebriw at dash. "Didnt you ask caia out while we were trying to break everyone out of mount weather?"

Dash blushed and said loudly in an attempt to defend himself. "I never claimed to have good timing!"

Caia shrugged. "We'll see about that," she muttered. As far as she knew, there were other crash sites. She wanted to go out and look for Harley herself. Going with Azuna might just be her ticket out.

Caius smirked. "I wonder how she's doing," he murmured, thinking about her. He hoped they were all alright.

Azuna sighed. "Caia, we all lost people we care about. I know you miss your brother but you cant throw your life away when there is no guarantee anyobe else survived. Be grateful for what we have left." She looked away from caia, knowing her wirds were probably falling on deaf ears. "Meet me at the gate obce it gets dark and bring a gun. Ok?"

Dash bussied himself with pulli g up grass as he lost his smile. "Shes probably happy. She finally gets to be with her people and gets to do whatever she wants for a change." He tried not to sound bitter but he couldnt help but be hurt by her leaving him without a word. He thought that they had become friends.

Caia nodded, only listening to the last part. She walked away to get food, smiling to herself. She was getting out of here.

"Yeah, maybe, but I bet she missing bossy us around." Caius noticed Dash getting sad. "We'll see her again."

Azuna stood near the front gate, hidden from view as she waited for Caia to show up. She nervously looked around for anyone who may spot her, knowing that if what she was doing was discovered she would be arrested.

Dash wandered around the village as everyone headed off to bed. He was wide awake and enjoying the peace of tge sleepy town.

Mikah was making his way to the waterfall. He left silently. Moving quietly through the woods, he reached the meeting place and hid as he waited for Azuna.

Caia snuck to the front gate, a gun in her pants. She spotted Azuna and carefully approached her. "I'm here," she whispered. "Ready?"

Dash frowned when he saw Mikah slipping off through the forest. A sly grin spread across his face as he wondered if he was slipping off to meet a mysterious. He checked around to make sure he was alone before quickly following him.

Azuna nodded before leading her off to the waterfall. She gripped her gun tightly as they walked, certain that they were walking directly into a trap. She released a steadying breath once they arrived before stepping out of the forest and onto the rocky shore surrounding the waterfall.

"Azuna." Mikah stepped out of the woods, an unreadable expression on his face. "I didn't know you were bringing someone else." He glanced at Caia who huffed.
