"When Maria comes back, she'll help you look for some clothes that fit." murmured Mary, "Alessa has some things that are too small for her." Maria walked into the living room after a few minutes. "Pizza will be here in a half hour." she informed them. She then looked to Shelby. "C'mon, we'll find some pretty dresses." she said, offering her paw to her.

Shelby took her paw. "Dresses?" she asked.

[Boomer]

"Yeah, you like dresses, right?" asked Maria, "If not, we'll have to go shopping for new clothes. Alessa prefers dresses and that's all she has." She led her towards Alessa's room to rummage through the pup's closet.

“I-I’m fine with anything,” Shelby said quickly. She was so grateful to Mary.

[Boomer]

"It's fine if you don't." said Maria calmly, shrugging some, "Cybil hates dresses, so we buy lots of suspenders and nice shirts. You don't have to be so bashful; Mare will get you whatever you want." Maria opened the closet and looked through it. "Hmm..." she murmured, "Let's try this one first." She showed Shelby a light green checkered dress. "It's the same size as most of Alessa's clothes, so we'll see if you're her size or not." she explained.

Shelby went to the bathroom and tried it on. "It's a tiny bit big, but I like it," she said.

[Boomer]

Maria had dug out more dresses while Shelby changed. "Okay, see if this one fits." she said, giving her a smaller pink spotted dress. It was smaller by one size.

Shelby tried it on. It fit perfect. "I love this one!" she said happily.

[Boomer]

"Alright, that's a size 4 in girls." she murmured, making a note of it in her phone. Maria pulled out the rest of the size 4 dresses and carried them out to Shelby's room. She hung them up in her closet.

Shelby grinned. She couldn't believe her luck. She had once been mean and cruel and now she was so much like Alessa, shy most of the time and happy when she felt like it.
