[Boomer]

"Thank you." she said, sitting at the table. She placed Scarlett on the floor, then waited for Chrys to start eating. Only after she ate did Alessa scarf down her pancakes.

[LilacSky]

Chrys didn't notice the hesitation or her eating quickly. She smiled and said, "Do you like them?"

[Boomer]

"Yes, I do." she answered, wiping her muzzle with a napkin. Alessa took her dishes to the sink and cleaned them before looking to Chrys. "We should go to my house soon." she said, "I'd really hate to be late for school."

"Oh, I almost forgot!" Chrys stood. "Let's go now, quickly."

[Boomer]

Alessa gave a nod as she grabbed Scarlett from the floor before moving towards the door. She patiently waited for Chrys.

Chrys stepped outside and got into the car. Once Alessa was inside as well she drove to David's house. Using the spare key she unlocked the door. "Get your things," Chrys said.

[Boomer]

"How many clothes should I bring?" asked Alessa, tilting her head some. The girl got out of the car and went into the house.

[LilacSky]

"David said he doesn't know how long he'll be in the hospital, so maybe you should bring most or all of them," Chrys mumbled.

[Boomer]

"Okay." she said, going up to her room. She gathered as many clothes as she could carry before going downstairs. "We can always get the rest later." she said.

"Of course. Let's drop your clothes off at home so I can take you to school."
