"Ask what?" asked Alessa quietly, a little nervous. She glanced around the room, then sat down and watched David. "How are you?" she murmured.

[LilacSky]

"I'm good, Alessa. Are you having fun on your big adventure at Chrys's house?" David asked. "Did you go to get your clothes yet?"

[Boomer]

"We didn't go yet..." she said quietly. Alessa looked at Scarlett for a few moments. "If you can't walk anymore, are you going to give me away?" she asked bluntly, looking to David.

[LilacSky]

"No, no, of course not. I'll get a wheelchair and I'll still take care of you. I might need a little help from Mary when she's better..." David chuckled. "I wish I could go with you to my house, but my legs hurt... hopefully if they find out I'm paralyzed, they'll find a way to keep my legs from hurting when I use my wheelchair, a way that isn't morphine and pills."

[Boomer]

"You promise?" she asked. The pup didn't want to put her trust into David only for him to betray that trust again. Alessa glanced over to Chrys before sighing some.

[LilacSky]

"Yes, I promise. I won't send you away even if I have trouble with my legs." David smiled. He loved Alessa.

[Boomer]

"Okay..." she said quietly, giving a reluctant nod. The pup looked over at the clock. "We should get going... I don't want to be late." she mumbled.

"Of course." Chrys and David said. They shook paws, and David waved them goodbye weakly.

(Sorry for no response yesterday, I was really busy.)

Alessa walked out of the room and headed for the elevator. She was so hungry and wanted to eat sooner than later.

Chrys drove Alessa home and finished making her breakfast. "Here you go, hun," she said as she handed it to Alessa.
