fi shook her head. “it used to be occasional and now i don’t know what’s happening. i should see someone but i don’t like opening up to new people. i guess it was different with you because i actually used to know you.”

[lupins]

zach nodded, as he understood. "you don't have to 'open up', all you need to say is that you're having nightmares. they'll probably give you a drug or something to help you sleep." he murmured.

[ptolemaea]

fiona nodded, leaning back onto the pillow. “i’m angry at my parents for telling me nothing.” she said quietly, running a hand through her hair. “and then i called them and they still didn’t tell me anything.”

[lupins]

"i'll probably get in trouble for even talking to you about it." zach mumbled with a sigh. he ran a hand through his hair. "but if your parents won't answer your questions, i will."

[ptolemaea]

fi shook her head. “why? we’re adults. they don’t own us.” she shrugged, staring at the ceiling.

[lupins]

zach frowned slightly. "yeah. i suppose you're right." he muttered, turning his attention back to his phone. "go back to sleep."

fiona sighed and fell asleep again. this time, she saw the driver crash into the car, but she was the one driving and zach was injured. she woke up again with a sigh:

zach looked up from his phone, hearing the sigh. he still hadn't slept, but at this point not sleeping was normal for him. "are they normally this bad?" he questioned.

fi nodded. “now they are. i barely try at this point.” she said quietly. “i’m going to flunk.” she ran her hands through her hair as she spoke.

zach sighed a bit. "it's almost morning, anyway. just skip the day." he suggested quietly. he yawned, a tad tired himself.
