“yeah, but you said your face is clear anyways. it obviously isn't because this bad boy just proved you wrong.” lance grinned, standing up and throwing out the face-mask. he went back to keith and sat down, running his hand over his cheek. “there. that's smooth.”

"nope! i said it's smoooth," he said, leaning against him. "i wonder how much the lions are charged. we should ask someone," the black paladin said, smiling as his boyfriend's hand touched his cheek. "it's always like that," he joked, a wide grin on his face.

“you and your words. smooth and clear, same thing.” lance shook his head, and put his hand down. “i guess we should. getting home will take a while, so... we should get going as soon as possible. though the idea of being cramped up in the lions until we get back is a horrible idea, and i'm already bored.”

he sighed, kissing his nose. "if there's any planets with oxygen on them, we could take a few stops just in case any lions have to recharge themselves. we can't have the galra attack since we are so... vulnerable at this point. that'll definetly take all of the energy out of the lions. let's go then, i guess." he said, standing up. "how can you be bored? you just gave me- your boyfriend- a face mask." he said, offering him his hand to hold.

“i guess that means you're boring.” lance teased, standing up. he took his hand and used it to pull keith close, successfully capturing him with his arms wrapped around his waist. “why hello there, handsome, fancy seeing you here.” he teased, and kissed him.

he kissed back, putting his arms around his torso. he smiled as he parted the kiss, pressing their foreheads together and wanting to hold onto his hand again. "im not boring, I'm fun and cool to hang around with." he said softly, kissing the bridge of his nose.

“mmm... i guess so. only sometimes. regular keith is better than galra keith, though.” lance laughed, smiling up at him. he let go eventually, and took his hand once more. “okay, we can go for real now. i'll stop distracting you.”

he nodded with a chuckle. "you're oh so distracting me~" he said quietly, leading him out of the red lion where he let go of his hand and walked out in front of him so nothing looked odd. "i was wondering if we should leave soon. we need to find another planet with oxygen because I don't think the lions will make it all the way back to earth without needing to recharge," he said to the others when he was in earshot.

“yeah, what he said!” lance said, hurrying to catch up with keith. he stopped beside him as allura stood up, smiling at the two of them. "the lions are almost completely recharged. we can leave as soon as you want to, keith. there should be planets nearby, though i'm not sure if they have oxygen. if they do not, your helmets will do. has shiro woken up?"

he looked to allura but he turned to glance at lance as he ran over. "that's great. we can head off soon, then. and.. no. i don't think he has. when i went in to my lion he wasn't awake.. lance? you went into my lion.. was he okay?" he asked, moving his attention to the red paladin.
