lance shook his head, unsatisfied by his answer. “nuh uh, samurai. i know you like to think you’re all tough and too cool for breakfast, but it’s the most important meal of the day. ill force feed you if i have to.” he said, and began walking — with Keith’s help.

he shook his head. "i haven't eaten breakfast for the past few months, sharpshooter. no way I'm messing up my schedule now." he protested, still walking with him.

lance rolled his eyes. “you’re our leader, keith! you have to set a good example. eat breakfast just this once. please?” he turned to keith with wide puppy dog eyes and a pout.

"nope. not happening," he said, letting go of him and crossing his arms. he blushed as he could only think about how cute lance looked with his puppy eyes.

“come on, keith! one time. it'll be great, i promise.” lance tugged on his arm, basically whining at this point to try and get keith to agree.

he eventually gave in. "fine.." he said. "you're acting like a two year old." he chuckled. he held back onto lance with the arm that he was tugging on.

“i may have acted like a two year old, but it worked!” lance cheered, and held onto keith as they continued to the kitchen. “what are the specials today? food goo, food goo and food goo? well, sign me up for food goo!” he joked, getting a bowl.

"ew," he says at the mention of food goo, grabbing a spoon. "I'm eating yours," he said, twirling the spoon in his fingers. "it would be a waste if I got a bowl and didn't eat it."

“im fine with that.” lance replied, sitting down at the kitchen. he took the spoon and began to eat, his heart flipping whenever his hand accidentally brushed against keith’s. “see? having breakfast isn’t so bad.”

he took about three spoonfuls and put his spoon down on the table. "it is bad." he said, crossing his arms. "that food goo tastes like nothing, a thousand percent all the time." he sighed, resting his elbow on the counter and watched lance eat.
